BeastNode follows a comprehensive refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services within the initial 24 hours of purchase, we offer a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to Minecraft and VPS hosting plans. However, refunds for dedicated servers, software licenses, and additional services are not available. After the initial 24-hour period, if you encounter any technical issues or server-related problems, our expert support team will work diligently to assist and resolve the matter promptly. In exceptional cases where refund requests arise after the initial 24 hours, we will consider them on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is to deliver reliable services and exceptional customer support, ensuring your hosting experience is smooth and hassle-free.
