If you're a Barclays customer, you can manage your financial services through the website, the app or by phone. If you move to a different residence, it's important to update your mailing address on your Barclays account and your Barclaycard.

Update Your Mailing Address on Your Barclays Account

Barclays App

Step one: Open the Barclays app and log in.

Step two: In the top-left corner, tap the person icon.

Step three: Tap Edit Home Address and follow the instructions. You will need the three-digit security code located on the back of your debit card.

If you update your address in the app, your Barclaycard will also be updated.

Barclays Website

Step one: Go to the Barclays website and log in.

Step two: Click Your Details. In Contact Details, update your mailing address. You'll need your PINsentry card reader or Mobile PINsentry to update your address.

If you update your address on the website, your Barclaycard will not be updated. You will need to update your address on the app, by phone or in person at a branch.

If you would like to update your mailing address by phone, call 0845-7555555 for Barclays U.K. or call 1-877-523-0478 for Barclays International.

*If you have or have ever had a mortgage with Barclays, you will need to change your address over the phone.
