How Do I Change My Address with BB&T Bank?
BB&T customers with an online BB&T banking account, may change their BB&T billing address at the BB&T website. Note that you must know and have a valid online banking user ID and password, and you've set your security questions.
To change your address with BB&T Bank, login to your account. Navigate to the Email and Mobile Settings page in Alerts. Choose Go To Text Banking. Change your billing address here.
If you have an active online BB&T banking account, you can also change your billing address utilizing U by BB&T, the BB&T mobile app with your iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
iPhone and iPad users can download U by BB&T from the App Store. Android users can get the U by BB&T app from Google Play.
Note that their are no additional fees associated with using U by BB&T.
