What happens if my Allegiant flight is delayed or canceled?

Asked a year ago
If your Allegiant flight is delayed or canceled, the airline will notify you via the contact information provided during the booking process. In case of a delay, Allegiant will make every effort to minimize inconvenience by providing updates on the expected departure time. However, if the delay exceeds four hours (or two for flights to/from Punta Gorda, Florida), you may have the option to request compensation through a voucher or refund. In the case of a cancellation, Allegiant will rebook you on the next available flight at no additional cost. If no alternative flight is available, you can choose to be refunded for the unused portion of your ticket or receive a voucher for future travel. It is advised to review the airline's specific policies and contact Allegiant directly in case of any delays or cancellations.
