Yes, you can cancel or change your order after it has been placed, but only if it hasn't been processed for shipment. We strive to process orders quickly, so it's best to contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your order is eligible for cancellation or modification, our customer service team will assist you in making the necessary changes. Once your order has been processed for shipment, we cannot cancel or modify it. In such cases, you may need to wait until the order arrives and then follow our return/exchange process. Please note that personalized items or items from our final sale category cannot be cancelled or changed.
