Our cancellation policy for truck rentals is as follows: If you need to cancel your reservation, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without any penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee will apply, which depends on the duration and type of rental. We recommend calling our customer service team as soon as possible to cancel your reservation and discuss any applicable fees. Please note that cancellation fees may also vary depending on the location and specific rental terms. We strive to provide flexibility and fair policies for our customers while also ensuring the availability of our trucks for others.
