Are there any contract cancellation fees with ADT?

ADT does have contract cancellation fees. If you choose to terminate your monitoring services before your agreement expires, you may be required to pay either 75% of the remaining balance or 100% of the monthly charges due for the remaining contract term, depending on which is greater. These fees are in place to cover costs related to equipment subsidies and promotional discounts provided during the initial service term. However, if you cancel during the first six months and return the equipment, you may be eligible for a refund of monitoring fees paid to date. It is important to carefully review the terms and conditions of your agreement to fully understand the cancellation fees and any applicable conditions.
