I have been trying to reach you by phone without success. After an hour, I received a message stating you were experiencing a high call volume and to try again later. I have been a loyal customer since your company's early days. Today, however, I am extremely disappointed that my computer issue was not resolved despite paying for your services. I am considering canceling my subscription. I expect a call from you tomorrow; otherwise, I will leave a negative review online. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

In [redacted], I cancelled my subscription with IYogi. Recently, I received a call from them asking for authorization to renew it or it would auto-renew. They requested access to my computer for uninstallation, which made me uncomfortable. When trying to contact their [redacted] number, I was instructed to press the hashtag button (#), but the call would disconnect each time. I checked my computer's applications and couldn't find the program. I just want to ensure that I won't be charged and verify that I am no longer an IYogi subscriber.
