I made a reservation for a cruise on the Allure of the Seas with my husband for March 5th-13th, [redacted]. Despite initially encountering payment issues with my American Card, I was able to successfully complete the booking with a different credit card. To my surprise, I noticed two charges on my credit card statement. After reaching out to Royal Caribbean's customer service, one of the bookings has been cancelled. The reservation numbers are [redacted] (cancelled) and [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received a full refund on my American Express credit card ending in [redacted] for the cancelled cruise with reservation number [redacted]. Royal Caribbean advised me to contact you regarding the missing [redacted] NIS refund. I am looking forward to your prompt assistance. Thank you, Simi Itzhak

Hello, I have been trying to reach a member of your team without success regarding a reservation issue. My booking for a 14-night Antarctica cruise on January 18, [redacted], was changed to a week-long Caribbean cruise on the same day, which I did not book. I initially received confirmation for the Antarctica cruise, followed by unexpected confirmation for the Caribbean cruise the next day. I kindly request to have this corrected promptly and receive a new confirmation email for the Antarctica cruise, which I am certain I booked.
