Hello, I purchased several vapes from Ntsenterprises that I suspect are counterfeit. I requested the seller to provide proof of authenticity, but they have not responded. The vapes arrived without packaging and lack the kitemark. Out of the 10 vapes bought, some are faulty and have caused breathing issues unlike genuine vapes. I have initiated a return for 4 unopened items. The seller asked me to consolidate the returns, but is now unresponsive regarding the return process. I am worried about the health implications of using these fake vapes and want a full refund as the seller claimed they were authentic. I am unsure if I can get a refund for all or just the unopened ones. The vapes lack a box with a QR code and the kitemark found on genuine products. Thank you.

I purchased several vapes from Nts Enterprises that I suspect are counterfeit. I have requested proof of their authenticity from the seller to no avail. The vapes arrived without packaging and lack the kitemark. I made multiple purchases in one go, and some are not functioning properly, causing me to feel unwell, unlike genuine vapes. I have initiated a return for a defective item but believe I should be eligible for a full refund since the seller misrepresented the products. Despite promises from the seller to consolidate the returns, they have ceased communication and provided no return instructions. I am worried about the impact on my health and that of others. How can I secure a full refund for all items, considering they lack essential features of authentic vapes like a QR code and kitemark?

Hello, I recently bought a bike by selecting the "buy it now" option on the listing. The seller now wants to cancel the order due to pricing concerns and their preference for cash transactions. How can the seller proceed with the cancellation? Is it possible for me, as the buyer, to cancel on behalf of the seller with an option indicating it's their decision? I'm open to a refund and understand the seller's circumstances. I'm interested in receiving the item or arranging a cash purchase. At present, I've made the payment, and the seller has not confirmed a collection date due to their hesitation. Thank you.

I purchased a BOSCH GLM [redacted] C Professional Laser Measure Distance Meter on January 24, [redacted], from seller beyond_theworldusername for $[redacted].99. They recently notified me via email that the item is temporarily out of stock, apologizing for the inconvenience and poor inventory management. They offered to cancel the order for a refund promptly or keep it until the item is back in stock. I prefer to cancel the order, but I am having trouble doing so.

I purchased a bike for my 5-year-old daughter from an eBay seller prior to the holidays. Regrettably, the package arrived torn, and the bike parts were broken and protruding. Following a report to the seller with accompanying photos, I attempted to assemble the bike but encountered fitting issues, as if I had pieces from two different bikes. Despite my efforts to initiate a return for a full refund, I missed the deadline due to the demanding schedule of caring for my two children with additional learning needs and navigating multiple hospital appointments. I have since learned my refund request has been declined. Consequently, I had to purchase another bike for my daughter at a higher cost than the original one. As a single mother on benefits without familial assistance, losing that sum of money is significant, particularly amidst the current financial challenges.

I am having difficulties logging into my account. While I can enter my username and password, I am unable to complete the verification process. The email option for verification was disabled last week without my permission. Now, I am required to receive the verification code via phone. However, either the code is not sent promptly, or it takes so long that it times out. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my issue would be handled by their team, but even after 24 hours, the problem persisted without a resolution. Upon a follow-up call the next day, I received no clear explanation or timeline for fixing the issue. Unfortunately, a week later, there has been no progress, and to make matters worse, the callback service has been discontinued. The only contact number provided plays a recorded message directing me to the website, which is unhelpful in this situation. - S.

Seller's eBay Username: greg_howard1983 eBay item number: [redacted]86 I recently won an auction and made the payment through PayPal. However, I received a notification from eBay that Order 22-09[redacted]1 was cancelled without any explanation. I got a refund through PayPal, and the seller messaged me saying they made a mistake with the listing and apologized for the cancellation. The item in question was an iPad 5th Generation - Apple - 9.7” Display - Wifi - [redacted] - 32GB - Space Grey, described as used but in excellent condition. I suspect the seller cancelled the sale because the price didn't meet their expectations. This has happened before, and I'm frustrated as I may end up paying more elsewhere. I've asked the seller about the mistake in the listing that led to the cancellation. If eBay doesn't step in, I plan to leave negative feedback. When I tried reporting the seller on eBay, I encountered an error preventing me from proceeding.

I have a work laptop and a home computer. When I'm away from home for 48 hours, my eBay account alerts me of a new device being used, even though it's not a new device, just a different one. This causes me to be locked out of my account every 6 weeks or sooner if I haven't logged in for over a week. The phone number provided, 0[redacted], doesn't connect me to a customer service advisor, just an automated message redirecting me online. When locked out, I'm instructed to call 2[redacted]57 with an 11-digit code, only to find out the number doesn't exist. The system seems to keep me in a loop without any real help. I need assistance to speak with an actual person at eBay.

Dear eBay, I accepted a seller's offer of £[redacted] for a faulty TV I bought from them on eBay in September [redacted]. This is the third defective TV I've received from the seller, all of which had to be sent back for repairs, causing frustration. Initially, I sought a full refund after spending an additional £[redacted] on top of the £[redacted] purchase, totaling £[redacted]. However, due to pressure from the company, I reluctantly agreed to the £[redacted] refund. Despite contacting them three times about collecting the TV and issuing the refund, they have not responded. I believe it's unfair for them to refuse a full refund since all three TVs were faulty and not due to wear and tear, considering my short ownership of approximately 6 months. I feel mistreated and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and securing the full refund I believe I am rightfully owed. Sincerely, Mr. M. Edge

Order No. 04-09[redacted]5 for the Microchip Cat Flap was purchased on 16/09/[redacted] for £56.95. After installing the product, it worked well for almost 4 months until the red light indicated the batteries were drained. Despite trying multiple sets of batteries, the cat flap remains unresponsive. The seller's response was unhelpful, merely questioning the battery placement. Despite the warranty timeline passing, the lack of support is frustrating. Seeking a refund or replacement has been met with resistance. As a senior citizen facing this issue, navigating resolutions proves challenging. Assistance is sought to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this situation.

I purchased Moroccan herbal beauty Black soap on 19/01/[redacted] from Estwail0. I contacted the seller about my order, but he was rude, insisting I pick it up at the Royal Mail office, even though I requested home delivery. I was accused of not being available for collection, though no attempts were made or notices left at my door. I feel mistreated and unclear about the situation. The seller's behavior is unacceptable, and I feel my trust has been breached. I have documentation of our conversations to support my case if needed. Kind Regards, Chika E.

I recently bought two Moroccan herbal beauty Black soaps from estwail0 on 19/01/[redacted]. However, I have yet to receive my order. When I reached out to the seller, they were rude and instructed me to pick up my order at the Royal Mail office, despite me providing my address for home delivery. The seller accused me of not being present for the parcel collection, but I never received any notification or missed delivery slip. I feel frustrated by this situation and wonder if I erred by shopping on eBay. I tried to clarify the issue with the seller, but they threatened to report me. I attempted to report the problem to eBay but have not received a response via the app or direct email. I possess all the communication with the seller and can provide it upon request. Regards, Chika Emetara.

I recently sold an item on eBay this morning and used your postal service to select a service for Royal Mail special delivery at £6.35. I carefully followed the criteria shown on the selection page and even used my power account to pay, an option offered on the site. I printed the label from the site, affixed it to the parcel, and took it to the post office to send. However, the person behind the counter informed me that the label couldn't be used as the price was insufficient. She then suggested re-labeling the parcel with more costly post labels, which I agreed to in order to ensure quick delivery for the purchaser. The new cost was £15.45, on top of the £6.35 already deducted from my PayPal account. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and recommend reviewing the costings on your Royal Mail page. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Jim S.

I filed a case on December 22nd regarding order number 05-09[redacted]9 from Wabelectronicsltd for a Velvet Storage Pouffe footrest. The item I received was different from the measurements advertised. I contacted the seller for a return label due to the misrepresentation. However, the seller did not respond to my messages. On January 4th, Ebay notified me that I received a full refund under the Ebay money back guarantee and that I do not have to return the item. Today, February 2nd, the seller messaged me demanding the return of the item despite the refund. I directed them to contact ebay as per the case. They continue to demand both the money and the product. I find these messages threatening and unsettling. I seek advice on how to halt these messages. Best regards, Sarah D.

My eBay account has been restricted, and I've been trying to pay my outstanding amount for over a week now. I've been getting frustrated going around in circles on your website trying to resolve this. I really need to speak with a human representative, not a bot. When you provided me with a number to call, all I got was a message before the call was abruptly disconnected. It seems like you're not prioritizing customer assistance for bill payments. One issue is that the phone number on file is incorrect, and despite my efforts, I couldn't update it on your site. I'm quite upset about this. If these problems aren't addressed by a person contacting me, I won't be able to settle the bill. I refuse to engage with any further emails or change my email address unless these issues are resolved. After years of using eBay, I believe I deserve better service than what I'm experiencing. The customer service I've encountered is unacceptable. I've spent hours on your platform trying to resolve two simple matters, but they have proven impossible for me to fix. If this bill remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to cease using eBay entirely. I don't need more instructions; I need to speak to a live person to sort out these issues. The ball is in your court now as to whether my account remains active or not.

Toymaker-UK has taken £[redacted].18 from me for a counterfeit bronze item. Despite explanations, the issue persists. I am seeking Ebay's assistance in obtaining a refund. He continues to profit from selling inferior products. I urge Ebay to intervene and hold him accountable for his fraudulent behavior. Communication with him has been unproductive. He is fully aware that his actions constitute fraud. The purchase was made using my son's account and my funds via PayPal. I implore Ebay to prevent this dishonest seller from getting away with this scam. The situation is distressing, and I have exhausted all avenues to resolve it. Your intervention is greatly appreciated to recover at least £[redacted].00. Your prompt action in this matter is crucial. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, P.

I didn't have an eBay account or PayPal but needed a new table lamp after an accident. My cousin guided me through eBay, and my son helped me bid on a bronze item described wrongly by the seller. I tried to get a refund through emails and messages to the seller but got no response. Due to health issues, the process took longer. I have documentation showing it was labeled a copy and evidence of payment. Despite considering legal action, I feel misled and frustrated by the seller's behavior. I'm determined to pursue this matter until resolved.

I am looking for the proper name and address of the UK Toy Maker. This information was not provided on the box or invoice. The seller had received my money but did not respond to my messages after I mentioned receiving a copy of an item. My son, who handled the eBay bidding and PayPal payment using my money through his accounts, couldn't afford to lose that amount of money. Due to COVID-19, my son was managing our shopping as our Power of Attorney with access to our accounts. When I needed a replacement table lamp due to an accident, he used the money from my account, which is when we encountered this deceitful seller. I will not be dealing with him or anyone else for big amounts again. The £[redacted].18 spent on this item, claimed to increase in value but unlikely to do so, was a disappointment. Despite the seller's promise to address any issues, their focus seemed solely on money, ignoring my messages and displaying a profit-driven attitude. It is surprising that the seller maintains a [redacted]% positive feedback rating, as my attempts to communicate with them were met with silence. This experience has made me cautious about large transactions on eBay.

While I was on vacation on the Isle of Wight, my eBay account was unexpectedly altered. My username vanished, and a new one was assigned to me. Moreover, all the items I had listed for sale disappeared. Upon my return, I was notified via email that a pair of shoes had been sold, yet on my current eBay account, there is no trace of any items for sale. This has left me unable to reach the buyer or ship the item as I lack their address. It seems like my account, along with the items I was monitoring and selling, has vanished into thin air! 😫 Tanja

I am facing a frustrating situation with eBay. A customer from France wanted to cancel their order before it was shipped, and I agreed to the refund. However, eBay has now blocked the order due to a payment issue on the buyer's end, causing difficulties in processing the refund. The standard solutions provided by eBay's help pages do not address this specific problem, and the customer service phone line is unhelpful. The order number is 17-09[redacted]2, and the Buyer ID is fr.kurup. I kindly request eBay to unblock the order promptly so that I can proceed with issuing the refund.
