This morning, I discovered that my eBay account has been permanently suspended. I tried to verify my bank account last night, which may have triggered this action. There are outstanding payouts I'm expecting, but I can't access my account anymore. I have no outstanding fees to settle, posted items on time, and maintained a positive feedback profile. I am an honest eBay user and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter correctly. Thank you, Chloe

I am Pearl A. Belcher Sr. I purchased a truck on OfferUp, and the seller arranged for delivery through eBay Motors Transport to my address at [redacted] Santiago Circle, Grand Prairie, Texas [redacted]. The [redacted] blue Chevy Silverado pickup truck with 94,[redacted] miles was supposed to be shipped by Candace Bennett, the seller. Initially, I paid $[redacted] for the truck and was informed that covered all costs, including shipping. However, I was later asked to pay an additional $[redacted] for insurance and customs taxes, which I did on November 6, [redacted]. Despite being assured this was the last payment, I was then requested to send another $[redacted] for state taxes. I explained that I couldn't afford the extra amount, and now I am unable to reach them by phone, email, or text. I am deeply concerned and seeking assistance to recover my $[redacted]. I am eager to receive a refund promptly. Thank you, Pearl A. Belcher Sr.

I recently purchased an item from eBay with order number 04-07[redacted]8. Unfortunately, I did not receive it. I promptly contacted the seller for a refund. The seller informed me that the money was refunded to PayPal, but I have closed my PayPal account. Following the seller's advice, I need to contact PayPal to close the case so that the seller can refund the money to my new account. This situation has occurred before when I purchased a jacket for my children and did not receive it. The seller refunded £30 through PayPal, but I did not receive the money.

Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Apple AirPods, but unfortunately, they turned out to be counterfeit. I opened a case, and the seller agreed to the return. I have already sent the item back, but I am having trouble accessing the return label. When I click on "enter return label," it does not direct me to the correct page, showing an error instead. Can anyone assist me with this issue? My name is Sigitas Ikanevicius, and the order number is 09-07[redacted]3. The tracking number for the returned parcel is BN[redacted]4GB. Thank you.

Grandstream GXP2130 3-Line VoIP Phone Software Upgraded inc. AC PSU. Total: £45.00 Order number: 16-08[redacted]2 Item ID: [redacted]33 Seller: voice-networks(1,[redacted]) “no returns accepted” I want to raise a concern about a recent purchase I made on December 27th from a seller named voice-networks on eBay. Upon receiving the product, a Grandstream GXP2130 phone, I realized that the listing did not specify the complete model number, which should have been GXP2130v1. This omission led me to discover that the phone lacks some essential features I require. After contacting the seller about this issue, they mentioned the different versions of the phone without having provided this crucial detail in the listing. I have requested an exchange for the upgraded model, GXP2130v2, even though the sale is marked as "no returns accepted." It is crucial, especially with rapidly advancing technology like electronic equipment, that sellers accurately list the specific version of the product to avoid misunderstandings like this one. Best regards, D.C.

I made a payment through PayPal for GBP [redacted].10 on Nov 29 at 9:52 AM, which includes GBP [redacted].10 for the item and GBP 12.00 for shipping. I am experiencing issues with the product received as it arrived poorly packed and damaged. The plasma item is broken and not functioning, and the DVD player is not working. Despite my attempts to work with the seller on a return, they refuse to take responsibility. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a refund for the full amount paid, considering I have already covered the purchase and shipping costs. Living in Tbilisi, Georgia, I incurred additional expenses for transportation and customs clearance from England. Returning the item from Georgia is even more costly. I reach out to PayPal for support, believing in their buyer protection policies. I hope for a fair resolution to this unfortunate situation.

Dear milabutura_0 ([redacted]), We have temporarily suspended the automatic payment of your invoices to ensure accuracy in the charges. If you are not an active seller, this change should not affect your account. For the next 7 days, eBay will not attempt automatic payments for selling fees. You may need to make a manual one-time payment within 30 to 60 days to keep your account current. To make a manual payment: - Click the "Site Map" link at the bottom of the eBay home page. - Click "Make a Single Payment" under "My Selling Account." - Follow the instructions provided. For any payment issues, contact our billing team promptly. If needed, you can reach out for assistance on the eBay website by following the steps outlined. Thank you, eBay

Your eBay account has been secured due to potential unauthorized activity detected. Rest assured, your financial information is safe and inaccessible. We deactivated affected payout bank details and halted payouts temporarily. Your password may have been reset for security. Any unauthorized transactions have been canceled, and associated fees refunded. Some listings may have been removed. It's advised to also change passwords for your email and listing tools. Reset your eBay password after securing these accounts. Update your secret questions and ensure your contact information is accurate. Visit the Payments tab in Seller Hub to update bank details for payouts. If needed, contact eBay for assistance. Confirm your billing payment method to prevent future disruptions. Dear Customer Support, I recently purchased a Rolab® Electric Swegway Hoverboard Scooter for off-road use from an eBay seller called Roland-official on November 21, [redacted]. I received the item on November 24th, but as it was intended as a Christmas gift, I did not open it right away. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the item is faulty. I attempted to contact the seller to request either an exchange or a refund, but unfortunately, my request was denied. It has come to my attention that I am not the only buyer who has encountered this issue. Several other customers have purchased the same item and reported it as faulty and potentially dangerous, as reflected in recent negative feedback. While I understand that eBay's policy allows for returns until the 23rd, given that this was intended as a Christmas gift, I believe more flexibility should be provided in such cases. It is unfair that buyers like myself end up with defective products while the seller retains the payment. I did leave a negative review to share my honest experience, but I was disappointed to see that eBay removed it after the seller's request. Feedback is vital for preventing others from facing similar challenges. I am now left with both a faulty item that I could not give to my son and out of pocket for £[redacted]. The situation was particularly upsetting for my sons, who are autistic and struggled to understand why the toy was not functioning. I hope that eBay will take action to address sellers who continue to deliver substandard or damaged goods. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Fabiana De Gois

As a French citizen residing in France, I have been using my UK eBay account successfully for three years. Recently, eBay's policy changes led me to link my French bank account to my eBay account after encountering issues with using Payoneer since I am in France. I have sold items worth a total of [redacted].76 Euro, but unfortunately, the funds are currently blocked. Despite eBay verifying my French bank account through microdeposits, I have been informed that I need a UK bank account to access my funds, which is impossible due to my location in France. I have already contacted eBay UK, and while initially promised a transfer to my French bank account within 24 hours, nothing has happened so far. I kindly request the transfer of my funds to my French bank account, having already covered the fees deducted. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Y. Sauvage

Order 21-08[redacted]5. I sold a watch on December 13. I received an email from eBay with the buyer's address and mailed the item via Royal Mail second class, signed for, the same day. On January 4, the buyer messaged me to report non-receipt and opened a case with eBay. They are holding my funds. I shared the tracking details showing delivery attempt on December 16, but no one was present to receive it. The buyer mentioned that the sent address was not current, although I used the address provided by eBay when the item sold. I'm in touch with the buyer and hope eBay can assist in resolving this matter. Thank you, Fred B.

I recently made a purchase on an eBay listing, only to receive a message from the seller shortly after explaining that the item was no longer available. I requested a refund, but the seller mentioned that the funds were still on hold, preventing an immediate refund. I initiated a cancellation request, which the seller has confirmed accepting on their end. However, the seller mentioned that eBay is still in the process of clarifying the transaction. Is there a faster method for me to obtain my refund? Thank you.

On Thursday, I placed an order for a North Face Mitteligi quarter zip woven hoodie in Medium, with next-day delivery. I received an email from eBay stating that the order was incomplete due to insufficient funds in the card used. On Saturday, I updated my payment information by inserting another card number into the email link. Despite believing it was the same supplier and details, I later discovered the size in the order was Large, not the Medium I selected on the 8th. After contacting the seller named Mikolaject, I was informed they only advertised size L. I found this confusing as I was certain I had ordered a Medium. The item was shipped in the wrong size, and the seller refused a refund or return. The product is scheduled to arrive at my address on the 22nd instead of my grandson's, as intended. I am disappointed with this mix-up and the non-return policy, as well as the delayed delivery. I hope eBay can assist in resolving this issue so that I can receive a refund and return the item upon its arrival.

Subject: Account Restriction - User: 2007francesh Greetings, I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue with my account. In November [redacted], I inadvertently opened a new account, and immediately requested its closure. An email confirming the closure was received on November 26, [redacted]. Regrettably, I misinterpreted the email to pertain to the mistaken account instead of my original one. Today, upon attempting to place an order, I discovered a restriction on my original account. I kindly request to prevent the closure of this account and seek your guidance. There are outstanding Nectar points associated with this account. Thank you. Best regards, Frances H.

I need to inform eBay that I will no longer be using their services due to their lack of support in a recent refund dispute. When I brought up the issue with the seller "clicknpick", they sent me a video for a completely different item, showing they were confused about their own products. After they refused to refund or collect the faulty item, I reached out to eBay over the phone. They assured me on Monday, January 10th that if the seller did not refund me, I could call back on Wednesday, January 12th for eBay to intervene. However, when I followed up on Wednesday, a different eBay representative was unwilling to assist me. I am currently in severe pain and immobile due to needing a hip replacement and testing positive for Covid-19, which prevents me from going out. I believe the company should either collect the faulty items or issue a refund without requiring a return, as some companies do on Amazon with Amazon's guidance. As a next step, I have escalated the matter to a Disputed Purchase Claim with Vanquis VISA, as I have done successfully many times in the past with credit card companies to receive refunds. Credit card companies aim to support customers using their cards online, even for small purchases.

My eBay account got permanently suspended. I'm unsure why this happened, and it makes me feel like a criminal, which is not the case. I'm not very tech-savvy. I wish a member of the eBay support team could contact me to investigate this issue. I tried to delete my eBay account entirely, but I couldn't due to owing 50p to eBay. They have my bank details, and I've canceled the payment from my other card.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Ebay account from my home network. Regardless of using my PC or the mobile app, I encounter an error message denying me access to the site. However, when I switch to mobile data, I can successfully visit Ebay on my phone. This leads me to believe that the issue lies in accessing Ebay specifically, rather than with my devices. The error message I receive states: "You don't have permission to access..." followed by a reference code.

I recently sold a monitor on eBay and was charged 13 GBP in fees. Trying to select a shipping method was a nightmare: first, UPS was closed, then Royal Mail quoted different prices in person compared to online. When I used Packlink, I was double-charged and then got the wrong label canceled, leading to more expenses. This whole experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. Despite selling the monitor for 98 GBP, delivery costs ate up a large portion. I expected better service after paying high fees. I hope to get a refund on the delivery charges due to these issues and express my disagreement with the fee policy. Services should be worth the fees charged, not causing financial losses.

Hello, I am interested in bidding on an item, but I have some questions for the sellers. Despite being informed that the items have already been sold on their website, the auctions are still live on eBay with several hours remaining. The sellers in question are dennisbl_1 for the 19th Century Victorian Ebonised Display Cabinet by TH Filmer & Sons of London and decorative_interiors for the 19th Century Ebonised Apothecary Shop Display Cabinet. I am concerned about business sellers using eBay for advertising their website sales rather than facilitating transactions through the platform. Is there a way to address this issue? Thank you, Vicky

Hello, I recently made a purchase on eBay with order number 23-08[redacted]5. Unfortunately, the item I received was recalled due to safety concerns. Despite reaching out to the seller for a refund, I was met with no response. I then escalated the issue to eBay but my case was closed in favor of the seller. The item is potentially dangerous as it heats up significantly. I am concerned for my safety and would appreciate your assistance in getting a refund. I have tried to contact eBay via phone without success, which I find concerning given the size of the company. Looking forward to resolving this issue promptly. Thank you. - Paul.
