I sold an item ([redacted]28) to the buyer "Luhor-[redacted]". After receiving payment, I promptly shipped the item via Hermes, and Hermes confirmed successful delivery to the buyer's address. Unfortunately, the buyer retracted the payment claiming they did not make the purchase. Despite my illness preventing me from responding promptly to eBay's email, they debited the full payment from my account along with £17 in bank fees. Upon contacting eBay, they deemed it too late to reopen the case. It is disheartening to see eBay enable a repeat fraudulent buyer like "Luhor-[redacted]" who has a history of such actions based on feedback. The whole ordeal has left me feeling frustrated as a victim of this scam, losing both the item, postage costs, and time. However, instead of sending me the pescatarian capsules, he mistakenly sent non-pescatarian ones. After informing him of the error, he apologized and offered to send the correct ones or provide a full refund. I opted to wait for the correct capsules. Upon following up after a week, he mentioned having two batches available at a discounted rate. I requested to receive the originally ordered capsules first. I posted a listing on my eBay with a price similar to others for the same item. Two customers have reached out, but when they try to make the purchase, they can't complete the payment due to some issues with the listing. I have double-checked all the listing details. I've spoken to eBay support multiple times, and they can't identify any issues that might be causing this problem. I purchased an item (10-07[redacted]8) from a seller named Jonathastanner-0, but it never arrived. After reaching out to the seller multiple times without a response past the delivery date, I filed claims on both eBay and PayPal. The seller finally responded after the claims were opened, agreed to refund me, and even relisted the item without issuing the refund. They claimed to have processed the refund but haven't actually done so. I am worried they might be trying to commit fraud. I recently had a return request for Item [redacted]26, a Denby 2 1/2 Pint Pot with Return No [redacted]. After agreeing to the return and receiving the item from the buyer, I am facing issues processing the refund. Despite locating the Refund Buyer page, I am unable to proceed to the next step after clicking the button. Additionally, the buyer informed me that eBay registered the item as dispatched when she merely printed out the label I provided, without actually using it. I am concerned about potential charges for the unused label at the end of the month, although eBay assured no charges would apply if the label remained unused. The buyer covered the postage expenses independently, without utilizing the label provided by me. I am seeking assistance with this matter as I am becoming increasingly frustrated.

I am reaching out regarding an item I ordered from the US on the 19th of May, with [order No: 01-07[redacted]8], which I have not yet received. The item has faced challenges within the postal system with USPS and US customs. The seller mentioned that there was an issue with the name format on the delivery address, although it has remained the same for over 15 years without any prior complications. As a result, I am now required to cover additional delivery expenses to have the item resent or accept a partial refund. Order [redacted]51: I purchased a personal MP3 player on June 25th and cancelled the order within 20 minutes. Ebuyer Direct says it was already shipped, which I dispute, as they claim my cancellation was only noticed on June 27th. I returned the unopened item on July 1st, but they insist they have not received it, which I also doubt. Ebuyer Direct has a poor track record with refunds, and I need Ebay to address this issue. Initially, they stated they did not see my cancellation email until after the item was shipped on June 27th, despite me sending it 20 minutes after paying for the order. Despite my messages, I have not received any response from them, leading me to believe they are purposefully ignoring my valid request. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed. I ordered the Garden DIY Allotment String from the seller SALDOROT on eBay on the 6th of June, but I have not received it as of the 21st of July. I urgently need this item. I find it disappointing that the seller wants me to check with my local post office instead of resolving the issue themselves. I recently returned 2 pairs of Chinos to Onestoplook via Royal Mail on 02/07/21 due to them not being as described. The Chinos, priced at £19.98, were supposed to be Regular fit but turned out to be extremely tight. Despite multiple attempts to obtain a refund, I have faced challenges. I have a Certificate of Posting for the return, costing £4.20, but the company has been uncooperative. I have requested a named individual at their Unit to sign for the Royal Mail delivery, but my requests have been ignored. Additionally, I have offered to provide the original Certificate of Posting since I am unable to send attachments due to issues with my email provider. The company's insistence on technical processes I struggle to follow has caused me distress. I have conducted numerous Ebay transactions without encountering such difficulties and seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

My Ebay account is currently suspended. I uploaded a picture of a sofa I wanted to sell but sold it elsewhere. I requested to have the image removed, but Ebay did not remove it in time, and someone made an offer. The buyer said they transferred money, but I haven't added my bank details to Ebay. Despite explaining this, I continue to receive emails claiming I owe money. I cannot reach anyone by phone to discuss this. I want Ebay to cease sending me emails demanding payment as I do not owe anything. I am looking for a prompt resolution and updates via email.

Hello, I set up an eBay seller account earlier this year for my business and recently started trading under a new online seller account. Shortly after creating the account, I received an email informing me that my account was suspended. Despite reaching out to eBay's live chat for assistance, I faced unhelpful support and was abruptly disconnected after they reviewed my account. I then attempted to delete my account, but the system prevented me from doing so due to the suspension. After completing a data deletion request form provided by live support, I noticed small payments in my business bank account followed by a verification email. After verifying the payments and providing additional documentation, my account was supposedly fully reinstated. However, upon trying to log in again, I encountered the same suspension message. I have initiated a PayPal investigation due to a questionable transaction. The seller, who sold me a Tricycle listed as the only one, later conducted the sale outside of eBay without my knowledge. It turned out I received a different Tricycle, a darker green one, instead of the listed item. I made my first order on July 21, which was accepted. I got two emails from eBay on July 22 asking me to go to checkout. When I checked today, the item has expired. I tried to place the order again, but the item now costs £40. Even though my bank authorized payment, I was asked to use another card. After talking to my bank, they said eBay had not accepted the payment. Now eBay wants me to pay via PayPal. I'm confused why this happened as I wasn't informed on July 21. The item now costs £[redacted].99 instead of the original £95.94 which I agreed to. As a pensioner, this is a significant amount for me. I prefer to use my credit card but have been receiving spam and phishing emails from PayPal. My original order number is 25-07[redacted]1.
