Your website is not functioning correctly. Clicking on 'Notifications' next to 'Zocdoc' on my cell phone should not result in being bombarded with unnecessary alerts. Despite setting notifications to 'off' in the app, I am still receiving multiple notifications. Even after deleting my account, I am still being contacted. It is frustrating and unprofessional. I can handle managing my appointments without constant notifications. Your lack of respect for user preferences is disappointing. Perhaps addressing these issues will retain clients and improve your reputation. Kindly correct these system errors instead of ignoring customer feedback.

I encountered several obstacles before learning the location of my appointment after making arrangements. I prefer not to have the appointment at that venue and am struggling to cancel it. The provided phone number for cancellations does not work and the website lacks a cancellation option. I urgently need to cancel the appointment scheduled for 1:45 on 1/22 at [redacted] Kings Hwy Room [redacted] Brooklyn, NY [redacted]. I need to secure my spot at another location, please address this immediately. Dealing with this has been incredibly frustrating. I've been waiting on hold for 10 minutes with no end in sight. My health is suffering due to the stress of trying to correct this error on your part. Kindly assist promptly.

Yesterday, I received an email from Mount Sinai Hospital informing me that I qualified for the Covid vaccination. When I tried to schedule my appointments through ZocDoc, I faced some issues. After booking the first dose, there was no option to set up the second dose, and the comment section was not working. Although I received a confirmation email with instructions to schedule the second dose, I encountered the same problem. Repeated attempts led to booking another first dose appointment. I tried calling Mount Sinai, but after being on hold for 25 minutes, the call got disconnected. Today, during my lunch break, I plan to contact the ZocDoc helpline for assistance with this frustrating situation.

I've attempted to schedule a covid vaccine appointment three times within the last 24 hours, but each time I received the message:
"Your Appointment Could Not Be Scheduled
Wednesday, January 27 at 4:30PM
Due to a technical issue, the appointment with the MSW COVID-19 Vaccination office could not be scheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience and want to help you. To quickly resolve this, please contact the doctor's office at [redacted].
Alternatively, you can book a new appointment here.
Experiencing three technical issues seems concerning for software reliability. I tried calling the office number but it didn't work. Please reach out to assist me in booking this appointment.

I kindly request the prompt deletion of my review regarding Dr. Klein. After following your recommendation and visiting him due to his acceptance of Medicare, I was unexpectedly billed by an uninsured laboratory he referred me to, resulting in an excessive payment of USD [redacted].23. Despite my efforts to address this issue with Dr. Klein's office and Zocdoc, no resolution was provided, and I faced threats from the laboratory about involving a collection agency. The experience was distressing, and I urge for the immediate removal of my review. Dr. Klein's handling of the situation was highly disappointing and I feel deceived.

Hello Zocdoc team,
I urgently booked appointments to see Dr. Jame this afternoon but did not receive the confirmation email for the first appointment scheduled at 2:15 pm using my email [redacted] I tried to recover my email associated with Zocdoc (as I forgot the password) and successfully regained access to my main email [redacted] I then made another appointment at 3 pm with Dr. Jame but have not yet received a confirmation email.
Could the Zocdoc team please contact Dr. Jame on my behalf regarding both appointments? I require immediate attention due to a previous cerebral stroke on Jan 30, [redacted], causing stiffness and spasms in my lower leg.
