I'm curious about the reason behind the charge for mailing statements. My wife prefers paper statements over electronic ones. We have a substantial amount with you, around $[redacted],[redacted], from which you benefit. It seems odd to charge for statements when we are already providing you with ample business. Printing our own statements also incurs costs that should arguably be covered by the bank. If we can't get a reasonable explanation, we might consider moving our accounts to a more customer-friendly bank. Your approach seems very penny-pinching and may push customers away.

I have been dealing with a missing check for over a month and a half now. The check was deposited at Salt Lake City's branch on 7th East, but its whereabouts are unknown. Despite contacting customer service and visiting multiple branches, no one has been able to locate the check or verify if it was deposited into my account. A manager at the branch mentioned that I would need the other party present to retrieve the check, even though it was signed over to me. This has caused significant inconvenience as I need the funds for legal expenses. I have always been a loyal customer and have plans to continue banking with this institution, but the lack of assistance and resolution to this issue has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly so I can move forward with my financial obligations.
