Zepp Customer Service Issues

I am having trouble syncing my Amazfit U Pro smartwatch with my phone. When I try to scan the QR code, it sometimes doesn't scan at all or, when it does, it doesn't remove the code from the watch. The app goes straight to pairing but can't complete the process because the QR code is still on the watch. I can't access the watch's settings to turn on Bluetooth for pairing. The watch keeps prompting me to "download and bind." What does "binding" mean? It's been three days, and I still can't use the watch. Please assist me.

I’ve been using Zep hardwood and laminate floor cleaner for years. Lately, I’ve noticed streaks and spots on my sealed polyurethane wood floors after using it. I tried cleaning with hot water and dish soap to remove any film, but the streaks persist every time I use the Zep cleaner.
