Hello, I am reaching out regarding order number [redacted]. This order was confirmed, but unfortunately, it has been canceled now. I was really looking forward to receiving the computer from this order, as it was a great deal that I don't want to miss. I am on track with my payments and will settle the remaining balance of my first order by Friday, June 30th. I am unsure why my account was frozen, so I would appreciate clarification on this matter and guidance on how to unfreeze my account. Shopping with Zebit has been a positive experience for me, and I truly hope to be able to continue. Thank you for addressing this promptly. I am eager to hear back from you to resolve this issue.
