I've been struggling to coordinate my dental coverage through Zenefits for Melrose Family Dental. My employer is looking for an in-network plan with them, but the options presented by Zenefits are out-of-network. Melrose Family Dental accepts Blue Cross, but Zenefits hasn't provided an in-network option yet. I'm unsure how to proceed with this mismatch and would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue with Zenefits.

Client Services - H. Scaife, ID [redacted]85, was terminated from MFLGH, Inc, ID 03F8853, on 5/29/[redacted]. She chose COBRA through COBRA Complete and was reinstated as a participant. On 12/9/[redacted], a termination letter was sent to her for not paying her November [redacted] premium, stating her coverage ended on 10/31/[redacted]. Hutchinson Traylor began handling this group on 12/1/[redacted]. It was expected that Zenefits would notify UHC of Hannah's termination, a step that seems to have been overlooked. Hannah remains active in the UHC system as a COBRA participant. Hutchinson Traylor doesn't work with Zenefits, resulting in no communication to resolve this issue. I tried to terminate Hannah in the system today, but it only allows actions from 1/1/[redacted]. The termination must reflect 11/1/[redacted]. Please complete the termination as requested in the attached letter and adjust credits for MLFGH, Inc. Any additional information needed, please ask. Thank you.

I attempted to access the sales email by clicking on the red box, but no form appeared for me to input information. Unlike competitors with functioning websites and responsive phone services, my call to Zenefits resulted in a message to click on the red sales box which did not work. It seems that either the company is overwhelmed with clients or lacks a system for answering calls. As a new business seeking an HR partner, the inability to reach a representative leaves me thinking that there might not be interest in new clients. I offer my best wishes moving forward.
