I purchased two panda bear tree ornaments for my granddaughter. I am worried that I might have misspelled her name on one of them. Her name is Izzie. It is crucial to me that I got her name right on at least one of the ornaments. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

I have noticed that I was charged for shipping three times, which seems incorrect. My total purchase was $12.60, however, I was charged $6.80 three times for shipping and tax also charged on the total three times. Additionally, I received more cards and postcards than I had ordered. Specifically, on invoice number [redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted], I was charged for items I did not receive, like stickers, and on the latter invoice, I only received two postcards instead of the expected stickers. The third invoice, number [redacted], charged me $14.30 and another $6.68 for shipping, even though I received more postcards than ordered. This situation is straining my budget, and I am not satisfied with receiving extra postcards. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you, N. Reber

Hello, we ordered a calendar for my mother-in-law for the third year in a row. The first order was for a [redacted] calendar, the second for a [redacted] calendar, and the latest order should have been for a [redacted] calendar. However, the gift she received was a [redacted] calendar again, instead of the correct [redacted] calendar we ordered in November. I contacted customer service, and they mentioned a credit without returning the calendar, but we simply want the right [redacted] calendar we selected. The calendar includes photos of our dog, Connie, and most pictures were kept from the [redacted] calendar with a few changes. We are hoping to receive the correct [redacted] calendar promptly, as it was disappointing for my mother-in-law to receive the wrong one this Christmas. Thank you.

Hello! I recently designed a Wrist Keychain, but upon purchasing it, noticed it displays someone else's name as the designer instead of mine. I dedicate a lot of time to personal Graphic Design and would like my name on my creations. I am unsure if this is visible to others or just to me. I am not sure if having a Zazzle pro account would help me claim my designs. I am confused about the privacy settings and if there was an error displaying another person's username. After adding more products to my Zazzle cart, I am uncertain about tracking my product sales. I have noticed a reduction in my cart and wonder why my designed products are decreasing. Are these products being sold? Moreover, I have completed and submitted the IRS W-8BEN form. I seek clarification on the purpose of this form and how I can verify that my payments have been received. Hello, I am reaching out to express my disappointment with the recent order I placed. Despite requesting the order to be cancelled, it was shipped three days later and arrived a week past the expected delivery date. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that the box was empty and damaged. I have taken photos as evidence. Additionally, I was erroneously charged for the shipping membership despite being offered a first month trial. I work as an interior decorator and furniture artist, and the delay and inaccuracies in my orders have greatly affected my work. This is not the first time such mistakes have occurred. A previous order arrived in the wrong color, completely different from what I had requested based on the image provided. Considering the ongoing issues, I kindly request a refund of $59 for the latest order and cancellation of my shipping membership with a refund for that as well. I designed a watch for my granddaughter, but my order (Order # [redacted][redacted]8) got canceled. I cannot understand the reason. I followed the content guidelines and did some modifications to the Classic Mickey Watch template. I removed Mickey's picture, changed the background to white, and added my granddaughter's name, Malia. I chose this template because it had numbers, and I couldn't find them for the Stainless Steel Create Your Own eWatch. I recently had a reorder of 25 Christmas Cards cancelled, which were an identical copy of the 75 cards already received. The photos used belong to me, and there is no licensing involved as they feature our dog, Rocky, and were taken by me. The sunrise photo was also captured by me during a kayaking trip in Green Cove Springs, Florida. As a long-time customer, I am puzzled by this action and urgently need a resolution due to needing to address and send out these Christmas cards. My upcoming right knee replacement surgery on Dec. 14th adds to the urgency of your prompt response.

I purchased a gift for my wife from your store and paid an additional $22.95 for Christmas Eve delivery. However, the package did not arrive on time. Despite tracking it through Fedex, all the information available is that a shipping label was created. Your website indicates that the item was shipped on December 22nd using Fedex Overnight, but I have yet to receive it. I recently received the Brother mug I ordered, but the inscription was not clear. When I contacted customer service, they were helpful and redesigned the mug for me. I can see the new mug in my cart, but I was expecting a credit to my account before placing the order. Dear Customer Service, I placed an order for 10 Joe Biden Christmas cards on December 21st. Each card was priced at $2.50, and I paid an additional $15.99 for expedited shipping post-Christmas. Upon eagerly opening the package to address them for my friends, I discovered they were mistakenly signed as the Milton Family. This mix-up was disheartening as I had intended to personalize each card myself. I did not specify any names for the cards. I kindly request either a full refund, including shipping costs, or prompt overnight replacement at your expense with the cards left blank. I have attempted five times in the last few minutes to seek help with my issue but keep getting directed to a membership application page. If this occurs again, I will escalate my concern to the Better Business Bureau. A few weeks ago, I purchased a magnolia pattern shower curtain and bath set. Upon receiving the order today, it was completely different from what I had originally chosen. I am seeking guidance on how to return the incorrect items and either receive a refund or have the correct item sent to me. When placing the order, there was no mention of a membership requirement. The package I received lacks a packing slip, making it difficult to identify my order details. I am not interested in any memberships; I simply wish to receive the item I purchased.

The original invitations were lovely. When we re-ordered, the new ones aren't the same quality. We'd like to return them and get the original quality back. Hello. I purchased stickers for a 4th of July project, with an estimated delivery between June 30th and July 1st. I opted for expedited shipping for $15. However, the stickers did not arrive as promised. Zazzle sent me emails notifying me of the delay, with a new estimated delivery date of July 2nd. They then informed me the order was ready for pick-up at the post office, despite my initial request for home delivery. When I went to the post office on July 2nd, the stickers were not available, as they were out for delivery. Sadly, they did not reach me in time for my project, and I even missed the notification of their actual delivery due to travel plans. This experience has left me disappointed as I have used Zazzle before without issue, even with rush shipping. I am frustrated with the discounts offered by your company. I used a 20% off coupon code for my order, but was only given a 15% discount. The thank you coupons seem pointless when there are constant sales overriding them. I placed an order yesterday and could not apply my 20% off code, only receiving 15% off. Then, this morning, I received another offer for 30% off, which was upsetting after making a purchase the night before. The lack of customer service availability is also disappointing. I have been a loyal customer and am dissatisfied with this experience. I would appreciate a response to address this issue. Thank you.
