I recently received my expedited order of 2 pairs of Dansko clogs. I usually wear a size 41 and confirmed this by trying on various pairs at a local store before ordering. Surprisingly, both pairs turned out to be much too big even with socks on, which has never happened before in my 25 years of wearing Dansko clogs. I would like to exchange them for size 40s. Could you please advise on the return process? Your exceptional customer service truly stands out among all the companies I've dealt with before.
