Hello, Our company uses data collection forms for a variety of tasks, such as member registrations and mobile application sign-ups. In some of these forms, individuals are requested to provide their email address. Given the common occurrence of typos, we validate the data entered, including email addresses. We have a backend service that verifies email validity using the SMTP protocol. Please note that we do not send out actual emails; we stop at the "RCPT TO" step. We are interested in inquiring about the possibility of whitelisting our IP address for this specific purpose. Best regards, Adem Berat Uzunkaya

I have a few questions regarding the partnership between Yahoo email plus and AT&T. 1. If I sign up for Yahoo email plus using my AT&T email account, what will my new "Real" email address be? My current email is [redacted], and I have other AT&T email accounts. 2. If I transition to AT&T email plus, will I be able to access all of my saved emails and folders with this new service? 3. Can I opt to pay for Yahoo email plus on an annual basis instead of monthly? I appreciate your quick response.

Hello, I set up a Microsoft account using my Yahoo email a couple of years back. However, for the past few months, I have not been able to access the email inbox. I reached out to Microsoft support, but unfortunately, no resolution was provided. Yahoo claims it's a Microsoft issue, while Microsoft suggests Yahoo is responsible. Initially, I did not have a contact number linked to my account, but now I have one; however, the verification code is not coming through. Additionally, the security questions I set up are not accessible online. Can anyone assist me with this matter? My email is [redacted]

Hello, I am having issues with YAHOO. Every time I log into my YAHOO account, I have to change my password. This has been going on for a few months now and it is becoming tiring and a waste of time for me. I don't receive any error messages, and I can still receive my emails without any problems, except for having to change my password every time I log in. Please keep me updated on the solution, otherwise, I will consider closing my YAHOO account. Regards,

Hello! I am having trouble accessing my YahooMail account because I am not receiving the SMS authentication code on my phone. The email address is rarely used, so I am not sure if I provided the wrong phone number during setup or if the code is not being sent. Shouldn't Yahoo have verified the phone number if I entered it incorrectly, instead of automatically locking me out? Thank you for your help! Best Regards.

I have been trying to log in to Yahoo.com for several days, but each attempt ends up being a runaround with no progress in fixing the issue. It seems that Yahoo only offers help to those who pay for it, which is frustrating. I am unable to access my email to set up forwarding, and as a senior citizen, Yahoo's lack of assistance is disappointing. I am considering removing Yahoo from my computer as soon as I can. Sincerely, M. Duceatt

Hello, I need help recovering my email address. I am unable to log in, each time I get the message "incorrect password," and when trying to recover, I receive the message: Oh dear... We cannot restore your account online as no other options are set up for it. I have both my phone number and email address set up for recovery, yet the system is not allowing it. Please assist. I updated my password back in [redacted] or [redacted], approximately during that period. The email associated with the account is [redacted] I recall the answer to my first security question, but unfortunately, I am unable to remember the second one accurately. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in accessing my account. This is concerning because I established this email when I was a secondary student in [redacted], suggesting there could be a typo or a similar issue. I am interested in reaching out to Yahoo support directly as the current assistance provided through Q&A and AI only offers generic solutions, and the option to connect with an expert is not available in my country.

Hello, several years ago, around [redacted]/[redacted], I used to have an email account under the name [redacted] I am seeking assistance to recover access to this account as there are important messages in the mailbox that I am unable to retrieve. I believe I have all the necessary verification data and I might still remember the password. Given the significant time that has passed, I am hopeful that it would be possible to access my old messages or regain entry to the account. For communication, please contact me at the provided new email address. Translated from German to English using Deepl.

I am having trouble accessing my email account as it repeatedly asks for an eight-digit code that I never receive. This creates a loop as I cannot access my inbox to retrieve the code being sent. The code is not being sent to my landline or mobile, so I am unsure where it is going. My email address for the past 30 years is [redacted], and my wife is facing a similar issue with her email, [redacted] This situation is frustrating as we feel stuck in a cycle of not receiving the necessary code to log in. Sincerely, George F. Brown.

Hello, I am Pia Ballard. I use [redacted] as my email address. My internet provider is Sky. A few years ago, I had [redacted] as my email with Sky, but I switched it to [redacted] when I left. Recently, I re-signed up with Sky and transferred my email successfully. However, today I am unable to send emails from my iMac. When I contacted Sky, they mentioned my account is now with Yahoo but I am struggling to reach Yahoo for support. The issue is affecting my urgent communication with Moorfields Hospital regarding a patient. I suspect the reset emails are going to my old email [redacted], which I no longer have access to. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having an issue with my Yahoo inbox where all my emails have disappeared. After working with Apple for over an hour, we checked my Yahoo account and found it empty. It seems like the problem is on Yahoo's end. I utilized Yahoo's free help for a day, then canceled. When I tried to use their services again, they wanted to charge me right away. Why should I have to pay for someone to fix Yahoo's mistake? Shouldn't they have enough financial resources considering how much money they make?

Dear Sir or Madam, Today at 16:15, my smartphone was stolen, and the SIM card has been blocked by my phone provider. They are sending me a new SIM card with the old number by Tuesday. However, I am unable to access my Yahoo account without the new SIM card to protect my sensitive data. I have set a release key for my phone on my account as well, but unfortunately, I can't log in to my secondary Yahoo account "[redacted]" I keep receiving a message to try again in 1 hour. I am willing to verify my identity through a video call with my driver's license and passport. Kind regards, Peter Schmelz

Hello! I have two Yahoo email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] I set email1 as the recovery email for email2 and vice versa, email2 for email1. I haven't accessed both accounts for 5 or 6 months. Now, when I try to access email1, a verification code is sent to email2 and vice versa. However, both accounts are currently inaccessible. I do not have any other recovery methods, like a phone number. It feels like a never-ending cycle. How can I resolve this? Thank you in advance.

I am currently locked out of an old Yahoo account that I haven't accessed in 5 to 10 years. Although I no longer use this email, it is linked to important accounts like Facebook and Xbox. I am facing difficulty recovering it as I don't remember the security question from a decade ago. It is frustrating that I have to resort to my current email for recovery, something I have constant access to. Despite having various verification methods, like my active Facebook, I am unable to proceed without paying for assistance, which I find unreasonable for a one-time need to update my password securely. I aim to establish a new password that I won't forget, possibly through Apple ID or other secure means like encryption or VPN.

I encountered an issue trying to access my Yahoo mail. Initially, I received a message to try again in one hour, then in 25 minutes after attempting a second time, and finally another one-hour delay after the third try. Unfortunately, I am also unable to sign in to the help desk due to the same reason. It's frustrating not being able to receive support, especially because email functionality is affected. This lack of communication options, without a human contact phone number, makes it challenging to address technological problems efficiently. Yahoo's current situation seems quite problematic, leaving me puzzled by the lack of solutions.
