To whom it may concern,
I have been trying to get help from Twitter for the past three weeks with no success. On the evening of July 27, [redacted], I received a notification about suspicious activity on my Twitter account but was not provided details. I was directed to reset my password via email or phone, but since my account information and settings have been compromised, this has been unhelpful.
My account is not new, having been created 2-3 years ago. I believe Twitter has the ability to resolve this issue, as I was informed by a technician last week that they can change account information in cases of compromise. They demonstrated this on an unknown account linked to my email, which was then deactivated. I don't understand why my account information cannot be changed now, especially when it was done for an unknown account.
I am concerned that someone may have altered my settings and put something unauthorized on my account. Despite multiple emails confirming my ownership and providing correct information, I have not received any updates on the situation or the activity that occurred. I simply need Twitter to rectify my account information so I can regain access.
Thank you.

My Twitter account got locked because I originally made it when I was 12, and now that I'm 18, they won't let me access it. Despite their promises to help me unlock it, I haven't received any updates. I'm ready to prove my age, but I can't seem to contact anyone to resolve the issue. My username is @alexismorganmay, and I just want my account back to its original state. Thank you.

I got locked out of my account after entering my date of birth. I am uncertain if it was due to my broken phone or Twitter lagging, but it automatically assumed I entered my date of birth incorrectly. Now, I am being asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, which I am not comfortable with. The date of birth entered was accurate; it was an error made when I created the account, being under 13 years old then but now I am 20. This situation is frustrating, and I fear losing access to my account that holds special memories. I have attempted to resolve this through Twitter, but the app continues to lag. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide during this time. Thank you.

My account was created by my mother around 10 years ago when I was 11 or 12, but I only started using it when I turned 16, being managed by her. I'm now 21, and after trying to update my age to match my birthday, I got locked out. The platform requested proof of my mother creating the account, which we've attempted to provide numerous times without success. We are even willing to do a video chat with our IDs to prove the account's authenticity. You can reach me at [redacted] for further assistance.

Hello Twitter community! I recently encountered an issue where my account got locked due to changes in Twitter Policy. I originally created my account when I was under 13 years old, and now that I am 20, I am hoping to recover my locked account. I have submitted an appeal, but the waiting time is unclear to me. I am feeling anxious about the thought of losing my account forever. My Twitter account is very important to me, especially because I follow accounts of friends who have passed away, and reading their past tweets brings me comfort. Their accounts are private, so losing access to my locked account would prevent me from doing so. I am quite distressed about this situation and really hope to regain access, even though I understand it may take some time. I would appreciate any assistance on this matter.

My Twitter account has been hacked by someone in another country, as indicated by Google's Security Check. There is suspicious activity in Google's records, and when I attempted to reset my password, I encountered provocative statements showing that my account was compromised. The hacker changed my email, preventing me from resetting the password. I've tried to report this to Twitter Help center, but I'm unable to see the Google reCAPTCHA test on the screen. This hinders me from verifying any specific issues with the password reset form. I need guidance on how to recover my Twitter account. My account was registered with the email [redacted], Twitter username is iFaisal_qa, and my phone number is +[redacted]9.

Hi, my account was recently blocked by Twitter due to violating their policy preventing users under the age of 15 from using the platform. I unknowingly created my account when I was around 14 but did not actively use it until now, being almost 17. Twitter has not provided any updates after blocking my account a few days ago. I am seeking assistance on how I can resolve this issue since my account holds valuable information, and I prefer not to begin anew. Despite the account's incorrect setup initially, I have used it appropriately since. Is there a way to regain access to my account or receive guidance on resolving this matter? Thank you.

My account has been locked for nearly two weeks now. It got locked after I tried to update my birth year to the correct one. The issue stemmed from me registering on Twitter at the age of 12, which is under their minimum age requirement of 13. I promptly provided the necessary information to the support team as requested. They assured me that they are working on unlocking my account and removing any content from before I turned 13. It has been almost a week since they mentioned this update. I am eager to know how I can expedite the process and regain access to my account promptly.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my Twitter account, @taylenbrumwell, as it has been locked. I had originally created the account when I was under 13 years old, and upon returning after a year, I forgot my login details. The account is significant to me as Justin Bieber follows me on it. Despite sending in two forms of identification for verification, I have not received a response in about two weeks. I am now 17 and would greatly appreciate being able to access my account again, as I prefer not to create a new one. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I believe that Jack Dorsey from Twitter should be held accountable for his actions regarding the US elections, rather than Mark Zuckerberg. My experience on Twitter has been negative since I joined as a musician, songwriter, composer, and poet. I have been harassed by trolls who have not been properly reprimanded by Twitter support. Instead, they have even provided tools for further abuse. The new abuse filtering system created by Jack Dorsey has been manipulated by these cyber-trolls to defame and silence me. I am disappointed that Twitter has not protected me from this abuse and has allowed my data to be misused. This situation has been cruel and unjust, as I have been attacked and my reputation tarnished. I am seeking help with this issue. Some of the usernames of the attackers are @AvenDoram, @StuntsCupid, @IrishWolfie77, and @ColgateSnake. I can be found on Twitter under the handle @AraliaFresia. Thank you. - Lara D., aka @AraliaFresia

I believe Jack Dorsey of Twitter should be held accountable for his actions during the US elections, not Mark Zuckerberg. My experience on Twitter has been challenging. Upon joining, I was unfairly labeled a 'troll' by a stranger, leading to a wave of online harassment against me. Despite reporting the abuse to Twitter support, little was done to stop it. The platform even seemed to enable my abusers further, allowing them to stalk me and spread false information about me. It is disheartening to see how the new abuse filtering system on Twitter has been misused to target individuals like me. I urge Twitter to take action against cyberbullying and protect users from such malicious attacks. My handle is @AraliaFresia, and I am a musician facing unwarranted hatred on the platform. I hope for a resolution to this issue soon. Thank you. - Lara D. (aka @AraliaFresia)

Hello @laurenayersx, My daughter's account is locked due to a GDPR issue. Despite providing her passport, driving license, and birth certificate to prove she's 19, the email linked to her Twitter account is no longer active. We've been unable to update the email address since she can't access her locked account. Receiving automated responses that fail to address the problem is frustrating. Lauren is now 20 next month and can provide age verification again if needed. It would be great if someone could handle this matter with common sense instead of automated messages. Please reach out to me, Lynn Ayers, at [redacted] or contact Lauren directly at [redacted] or [redacted]2. Thank you.

A few years ago, I signed up for an account with my email [redacted] I later uninstalled the Twitter mobile app and didn't use the account much, but planned to. After reinstalling the app, I logged into another account and didn't add the old one. Now, when I try to log in, it asks for the username which I forgot during the time the account was not added. I know my email and password, but can't recall the username. Unfortunately, I deleted all my emails, including any containing the username. I need help accessing this account as it's still important to me.

I accidentally created my Twitter account in [redacted] when I was under the age of 13. I have since passed that age, but I am locked out of my account. I submitted a ticket for review to hopefully unlock my account, but it has been a month without any updates from Twitter. I just want to receive some communication regarding the status of my account and if it can still be accessed. If not, I would like to request the deletion of my account.

I reported a severe case of abuse from another user on Twitter. They used misogynistic language and harassed me, calling me a disgusting word. I understand this behavior violates Twitter's policies, but no action has been taken yet even though I reported it two days ago. I am considering legal action if this issue is not resolved promptly. The user who targeted me should have their account deleted or suspended. Misogyny and bullying cannot be tolerated on this platform. I urge Twitter to take action against the user and assure me that the matter is being addressed. My username is Robin Shockley, and I am awaiting a response. Thank you.

My Twitter account, @Sttephy, was wrongly suspended while being hacked. I created my account back in [redacted] and never experienced any suspensions before. On the 17th of May, my account was compromised by a hacker who then had it suspended. Although it's been 3 months, I still cannot log in, indicating that the account hasn't been fully deleted yet. I am hoping that someone at Twitter can assist me in restoring my account, as I've invested time and money into developing it over the years. I am willing to provide identification and pay for the account to be un-suspended. Despite submitting multiple appeals, I keep receiving responses stating that the account won't be restored due to "Twitter rules" violations. However, I had no control over my hacked account at that time. I am desperately seeking help to resolve this issue.

A few days ago, I got locked out of my account @hussainalmaw due to my age at the time of creation, but my sister confirmed she had control until I turned 13. When I tried to change the visibility of my birthday, an error occurred after confirming my birth date. Now, I'm stuck on a page asking to accept Twitter policies, but an error arises each time I try to agree. Despite this, I can still access the account from another account. I believe this issue might relate to the account's creation age, although it was resolved previously. I simply want to regain access to my account.

I am having difficulty accessing my new account that I created in June when my middle school team changed names to @TeamOneida.
I had planned to delete the account during the summer to prevent the handle from being taken. I wanted to switch back to our previous handle @61Iroquois and update it in the settings. However, I couldn't deactivate the account entirely and link it to our old handle immediately; it required around 30 days to process.
Now, I am unable to log into my @TeamOneida account. It does not recognize the linked cell phone or password.
I need to resolve this issue promptly to have Twitter operational. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I received a response requesting a phone number for unlocking my account, but I clarified that I don't have a regular phone and use only WiFi calling apps. Attempts to enter my app numbers were unsuccessful. I'm frustrated that my account was locked within minutes of signing up for supposed suspicious behavior, hindering important business matters. It seems excessive how they monitor personal information and demand phone numbers for social media and email accounts, venturing into invasion of privacy territory. I'm considering forming a group to challenge these corporations legally for their intrusive actions. It's disheartening that recent privacy policy updates have made these companies immune to lawsuits. The lack of human support from the given company number is a major setback, leaving only the option to email and wait for them to unlock the account, a process that takes too long. The inability to speak with a person directly is disappointing, making the corporate number seem pointless.

Hello, my Twitter account, katx96x, has been suspended, and I'm unsure about the reasons behind it. I don't use derogatory language or bully others on my account. I've noticed other accounts with explicit content not facing suspension while mine, which doesn't post such content, got suspended. I use Twitter to connect with friends worldwide and would really appreciate having my account reinstated. It's been open for years without any issues. I have many verified users as followers, and I'd like to keep them. Could you please explain why my account was suspended and advise me on how to restore it? I noticed it was locked for 13 hours on August 14th and then suddenly suspended when I returned on August 15th. I'm seeking your assistance as I've faced challenges in the past without resolution. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
