I have been in contact with customer service for a while regarding my orders for cell phones, tablets, laptops, drones, and various colored roses. Despite ordering items in March and April, I have not received anything yet. Some of my orders were unexpectedly changed to different items. Over the past 2 1/2 weeks, I have been trying to get assistance to locate my missing items and get an update on when they will be delivered. Customer service has informed me that my orders are delayed and offered refunds as the delivery dates have passed. However, I am still waiting for items from March, April, May, and now June. I would appreciate your help in locating my orders and understanding the status of my purchases. Thank you.

I started an order but due to moving, I wasn't ready to complete it yet. Somehow, the order was processed and is about to charge my bank account, which currently has insufficient funds leading to potential bank charges. I had put this on hold to arrange the necessary funds. My name is Gina K T., and I reside at [redacted] W. Cherry Street, Marion, Illinois [redacted]. For prompt assistance, please contact me at [redacted]. I only noticed this recently and canceled the order. I would appreciate if the charge could be halted to prevent additional fees. I am disabled and rely on this platform for shopping as I settle into my new home. I require two curtains, three colors screens, and two wall hangings. Kindly reinstate these items in my order; I will settle the payment at the earliest convenience. Failure to resolve this issue may result in me and others discontinuing shopping with Wish. The charge is scheduled for Monday, and I urgently request to prevent it from going through.

My account was hacked by [redacted] I placed three orders and requested two refunds, but have not received anything as my account is currently being accessed by someone claiming to be from client services at Wish. I have sent multiple emails and requests for assistance, but now I am being told I have requested too many refunds, which is untrue. I simply want my orders or a refund for the items I have not received. If no resolution is provided, I will file a complaint with the police as my PayPal account is currently compromised.

I have placed multiple orders with Wish. I understand there are delays due to the lockdown, but it is important to inform your customers, not at the last minute or on the last day of delivery. I have been waiting for a refund of a small amount of 2€ for several days. It is shameful. Wish is not the same as it used to be; it has become a scam site. I am offering to clear my account balance and cancel all outstanding orders. In my opinion, you have turned into deceptive merchants. I do not want to remain in your database. You are selling dreams to your customers, which I do not appreciate at all. Again, keep the account balance and all current orders.

Order number 5e683705c38c[redacted]eec43 was placed without my consent, resulting in a charge of 41 euros. I did not initiate this purchase, nor did I receive the items, as the delivery was made in Russia instead of France where I reside. Taking precautions, I have blocked my bank card to prevent any future unauthorized transactions. Despite my numerous attempts to contact you, I have not received any response regarding this matter. I am requesting a refund or a credit. If there is no resolution forthcoming, I will have to escalate this issue further.

On August 15, [redacted], I ordered desert rose seeds ADENIUM OBESUM with tracking number EQKML[redacted]5YQ. The packages arrived containing only a piece of polyester with no seeds. I am very angry and upset, and I request a refund both morally and financially as soon as possible. You have taken my money and my trust, keeping me waiting for three months. Every time I have ordered from your site, I have been unsatisfied. Furthermore, I also request a refund for all my orders. I have tried to order from your site but I cannot because you have blocked my account.
