I recently lost out on a great job opportunity due to inaccurate information on White Pages. I am extremely frustrated as their site wrongly lists me as having a violent criminal history, which is untrue. To address this issue and the impact it has had on my career, I would appreciate a call at [redacted]. My name is Shelley Harper. I am disappointed by the inaccuracies in my profile that led to this job loss, and I am seeking resolution either with a call from White Pages or through legal action if necessary.

I made a purchase at WhitePages in Seattle, WA for $19.99 on 09/29 at 03:02 AM CT using my All-Access card ending in [redacted]. I am requesting a refund for the charge and to have any account linked to my card canceled immediately. Kindly address this issue promptly to alleviate the impact on my finances. Thank you.

I recently discovered that I have been charged for months of White Pages service that I did not use. I underwent surgery for a bladder stone, which required a lot of preparation and recovery, during this time I was unaware that I was still being billed. I believe it is unfair to keep charging me for a service I did not utilize. This has been going on since July [redacted]. It would have been better if you had either informed me or deactivated the service. I would appreciate it if a representative could reach out to me at [redacted] to discuss a resolution. If you can address this matter fairly, I would consider using your service again in the future.

On 10/15, I conducted a people search on Whitepages using the order number [redacted], which was charged to my debit card ending in [redacted]. I noticed that I was charged $11.99 four times for the search. I attempted to submit the information three times without receiving any results. It was only on the fourth try that I finally received the information I was looking for, which was related to Michael Pratl. It is evident I would not submit the same details four times for the same person intentionally. Since I did not receive any results during the first three attempts, I kindly request a refund of $35.97 for the unsuccessful searches. Your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. - Gail U.

I attempted to register for your free trial but noticed a charge on the 5th. Unfortunately, my credit card company flagged White Pages as fraudulent, leading to restrictions on my account. As I no longer require your services, I want assurance that I will not be billed once the free trial concludes. I have been attempting to reach Whitepages all afternoon, but there seems to be no available phone number to contact them. Their only option seems to be dealing with issues via email. As a paying customer, I find it frustrating that there is no direct way to discuss account problems, such as canceling my subscription. It is disappointing that they offer limited customer service for a service I am paying for. I believe this company needs to improve its customer support system. Best, B.M.

I am a premium member of WhitePages.com. Whenever I search for a person, a message pops up asking me to agree to the Terms of Service. I check the box agreeing to the terms and click on "Continue to Results." However, for the past three days, every time I attempt to access information on people, nothing happens when I click on "Continue to Results." I am unable to view any reports or individuals. Why is this happening?
