I would like to share my experience about being treated poorly by several employees at Wendy's in Silver Lake, Washington. I purchased a Frosty with a small plastic piece in it. When I showed it to the manager, she accused me of planting it. I was not looking for free items, just a replacement. The employees were rude, mocked me, and refused to take my complaint seriously. After leaving Winston Salem from my mother-in-law in the Emergency Department, I stopped to get something to eat on the way home. I ordered a salad with apples and pecans, but unfortunately, there were no pecans in my salad. Additionally, my burger, which I requested without mayo, had mayonnaise on it. Although they replaced the burger promptly, I later realized that the pecans were still missing from my salad. Trying to eat healthier, I opted for the salad due to the pecans and apples combination. I contacted Wendy's on Albemarle Road to explain the situation. The manager, George, was quite rude, condescending, and even raised his voice while offering to replace my entire order. When I inquired about the timeline for the replacement, he rudely mentioned that it wouldn't last a year. I felt disrespected by his attitude and handling of the issue. George's lack of customer service skills was disappointing.

Complaint - Wendy's Restaurant #[redacted] (Mansura, Louisiana)
On June 17th, [redacted], my son and I went to the local Wendy's Pick-Up Window. I ordered two honey butter biscuits with egg & cheese ONLY and potatoes, while my son got a chicken & cheese croissant with egg ONLY (no bacon) since we avoid pork for religious reasons. Unfortunately, my biscuit was in my son's bag, and he mistakenly ate it, thinking his croissant had been substituted with a biscuit. However, it turned out his croissant was in my bag, containing bacon, which we don't eat. Moreover, my biscuit had chicken on it, which I didn't request. I'm currently at work but plan to return the incorrect items to Wendy's after work today. Despite being a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed with this mix-up.

I visited Wendy's on Wards Road, Lynchburg, VA [redacted] and noticed an inconsistency with the listing address on the receipt # [redacted] compared to the online address. The phone number provided on the receipt, [redacted], rang with no answer and then transferred to a fax machine. Upon ordering a double cheeseburger, single cheeseburger, and no salt fries, I added two chocolate Frostys at the window. The employee, ZINIA, handed me the Frostys and put them in a bag when requested. Upon checking the bag, I found only one burger and fries, unsure if it was single or double. When I asked for the missing burger, I was told to pull around and reorder which I found frustrating after already waiting in line. The service was disappointing, and I was unable to contact the manager using the phone number on the receipt. This experience was particularly difficult for me as a handicapped elderly person on diabetic medication. I believe the staff requires better training, and the management shares some accountability. Despite enjoying the food, I am unlikely to return to this location due to the service issues experienced.

I am having trouble reaching a live person through your customer service numbers. Typing is challenging for me as I had a stroke. On June 26, [redacted], I visited location #[redacted][redacted] on Page Ave in St. Louis, MO. The host, Nikkiah with employee number #[redacted], did not take my order correctly. When I pointed out the mistake, she was rude and unhelpful. She assured me the price was the same after reordering, but it was actually lower. When I mentioned this, she closed the window and continued socializing with colleagues. When we requested spoons and straws, she was disrespectful and threw them at us. I called her out on her behavior, and she insulted me. This behavior is unacceptable. Having previously worked in customer service, I understand the importance of respectful behavior. The manager did not intervene, which is disappointing. I believe Nikkiah's actions warrant immediate termination. I will follow up to ensure appropriate action is taken.

Please consider bringing back the spicy chicken wraps. They were my favorite to eat, and I used to buy at least 3 a day - a win-win for everyone as I also purchased food for my family. I revisited Wendy's yesterday for a breakfast baconator, and the workers recognized me as a daily customer. I explained that without the wraps, I had no reason to come back. Now, I have to go out of my way to CookOut for a chicken wrap, which is inconvenient. I've tried other places, but none compare to the delicious wraps Wendy's used to offer. The workers at Wendy's also loved them and were puzzled by their removal. Please bring back the wraps to the menu - they were truly the best.

I've had multiple terrible experiences at the Wendy's on Shoemaker Road in Pottstown. On my most recent visit, the team leader was rude and unhelpful. After being told to wait for my order, I waited for 9 minutes before prompting them. The team leader refused to scan my phone, claiming it would crash the system. When questioned about the ongoing issues at this location, the response was dismissive. This particular Wendy's consistently gets orders wrong, displays ineptitude, and has impolite staff. Blaming these issues on the pandemic is not a valid excuse. It's time for this location to address its recurring problems or consider closing to make way for a more competent establishment.

I have been a loyal customer of Wendy's for over three decades. However, the service at the Sonora, CA branch has been extremely disappointing. Despite trying to reach out through live chat and text, I have received no resolution to my issues. Utilizing the mobile app has also presented challenges, such as points being deducted but not applied to my purchases. On multiple occasions, I have been shortchanged items in my orders, which is frustrating. When discussing these problems with managers, I have only encountered excuses and dismissive attitudes. It is disheartening to hear even one manager call the mobile app a "joke." Looking at local social media platforms like Facebook, I can see that others are facing similar problems. During my first visit, I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. On my second trip, the wait was 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the inside of the restaurant was not open, and employees were seen running in front of cars in the parking lot. Inside, employees were observed standing around while customers endured 40 plus minutes of waiting for their food. When we finally received our order, we found the burgers and fries to be cold and excessively salty, making them inedible. Despite this, we decided against returning to the drive-thru due to the long wait times. I am curious to know the current drive-thru wait times as my recent experiences were very disappointing.

I recently visited a Wendy’s in Natrona Heights, PA at 1:45 pm on July 28, [redacted]. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and a large fry. The food was hot and delicious, and I received it rather quickly. Thank you. However, I was disappointed by the service. The young lady who served me was abrupt, practically threw my food in my car, handled my debit card rudely, and did not inquire if I needed anything like ketchup or salt for my fries. As I drove away, I discovered there were no napkins in the bag. A simple gesture of politeness goes a long way. I am not seeking anything for free, just hoping for a kinder interaction next time.

At [redacted] N Western, there's a manager named Jim who I've found to be incredibly rude. A co-worker made a joke, I laughed, and Jim cynically said, "I'm glad my pain amuses you." He even made a racist comment about his race. Despite me not having an attitude, he accused me of having one while I was trying to work. He'd question me about my attitude in a confrontational manner and then criticized me for it. When I tried to explain, he rudely dismissed my feelings. It's been challenging working while being unfairly targeted by him for no valid reason, even when attending to customers.

During my recent visits to Wendy's in Augusta, I've noticed a concerning trend with the employees in the Drive-Thru. It appears that they are disregarding customers for extended periods before taking orders. Most employees were outside smoking and playing loud music on a speaker, leading to delays in service. Even when customers left the line, the employees made light of the situation. Inside, I observed one employee dancing inappropriately and others being unprofessional. Despite only four cars present, I waited 30 minutes before my order was taken. Another 15 minutes passed, prompting me to leave for Cook Out instead. As a KFC manager who just completed a 10-hour shift, I understand the demands of the job. However, this experience was unacceptable and wasted 45 minutes of my time with a child in the car.

I made a mobile order using the Wendy's app, but unfortunately, I received a text informing me that my order was canceled due to processing issues at the restaurant. Surprisingly, my mobile pay balance still shows that the order is being prepared, even though DoorDash indicates that it was canceled. I am unable to place a new order at a different Wendy's because my mobile order balance has not been refunded.

I visited Wendy's at the Island Highway location and ordered two Dave's Double with bacon and cheese. However, when we arrived home and opened the bag, we found two tiny burgers with only lettuce. I was very disappointed. I attempted to call to resolve the issue, but the listed phone number was not working. I have been a loyal customer for three decades, and I would appreciate having my meals replaced. It would also be nice to receive some coupons or compensation for the inconvenience.

I ordered a taco salad and a drink to eat inside. My salad was given to me in a plastic takeout bag without the beverage I paid extra for. Despite requesting the drink, I was told it doesn't come with the salad. Eventually, I was given a cold cup. Additionally, my salad arrived without the chili, which I had ordered. The staff was loudly yelling and screaming while I dined, which was disruptive. Another customer and I both noticed the floor was extremely slippery, making it difficult to walk safely. The service, especially from Erin, was subpar, leaving me with a completely unprofessional impression. Unfortunately, I am hesitant to return to the Wendy's on Browns Hill Rd due to this unpleasant experience. A lack of proper management is evident at this location.

I contacted Marzetti, and they mentioned that the dressing is specifically for your restaurant! I'm eager to get my hands on some. Can I purchase a case of it for pickup at a nearby Wendy's location? This is my second attempt to address the issue below. I was unable to reach you by phone as there were approximately 29 callers ahead of me, and after waiting for 13 minutes, I had only progressed to 24th in line.
I am seeking a refund for a meal that I never received. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing. Besides the monetary refund for the undelivered carryout meal as outlined below, I am hoping for additional measures to restore my confidence in your establishment. I encountered significant obstacles trying to resolve this matter with Wendy's, and I am reaching a point of frustration that may lead me to share negative feedback about Wendy's extensively.

I used the Wendy's app to place a mobile order for carryout. Upon arrival, when I attempted to collect my order, I discovered the doors were locked. Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact them by phone, when I finally reached a representative after 15+ minutes, I was informed that carryout was closed. I was directed to the drive-thru, but due to the lengthy line, I had to depart without my meal, without a refund, and insufficient time to seek an alternative dinner option.
Having been a loyal customer of Wendy's, I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and understanding during my phone interaction. The staff's response was unhelpful, and I was disconnected abruptly. The entire experience not only resulted in me being out $10 without receiving my order but also left me hungry and dissatisfied.
Given the frustration and inconvenience I have endured, I am adamant about receiving a refund for my order and expecting some form of compensation to consider visiting Wendy's again in the future. The negative impression left by this incident has tarnished all the positive experiences I have had at your restaurant.

During a recent visit to our local Wendy's drive-thru, we ordered a kids nugget meal for my 18-month-old granddaughter. Despite requesting regular nuggets, they mistakenly gave us spicy ones, causing burns in her mouth. This resulted in her experiencing pain and only accepting liquid food. We are deeply concerned about this incident and request immediate action. Simply offering a free meal or refund will not suffice. We possess medical records indicating that the burns were due to the spicy nuggets, clearly showing the negligence of the Wendy's branch on Martin Way, Olympia, Washington. If necessary, we can provide this information to the recommended lawyer for further action.

I finalized my drink order at the drive-thru window and was told by the manager, Kiki, that it was correct. Unfortunately, the drink was incorrect, so I had to park and inform a staff member that my chocolate cold brew was plain. I waited a while and then went inside, where a young lady handed me some chocolate sauce to add to my drink myself. When I inquired if I was expected to prepare my own drink in my car, she mentioned I could do it inside. I was taken aback by this. Kiki, the manager who gave me the wrong drink, then confirmed that I could pour out the rest of my coffee into the trash to make space for the chocolate liquid they provided. Feeling confused and insulted, I had to empty my cup into the trash, add the chocolate liquid, and ended up with only half a cup because I didn't know how much to pour out. I requested the manager's name and was surprised to learn it was Kiki who had been unhelpful. This incident occurred at the Bogalusa, Lousiana [redacted] location. As a local business owner, I had higher expectations for the service provided, and this experience was very disappointing.

I've been experiencing issues accepting the terms and conditions on both the app and website. The app displays an error message stating "we're sorry, an error was detected," while the website keeps loading endlessly without progress.
I've attempted to order food and redeem rewards, but have had no success. Trying to troubleshoot, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my Android phone, and performed the Oct 1 [redacted] security update. Additionally, I cleared the cache, history, and cookies, but the problem persist.
I've already submitted a request last Friday with no response. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
