I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich and paid for it, only to be informed afterward that it would take 15 minutes, which caught me off guard. The staff member seemed apologetic but sought a refund assuming I would be unhappy. The manager's response was rude and included inappropriate language, despite my calm demeanor. After waiting, I received a disappointing sandwich with overcooked chicken and a soggy bun. I refrained from eating it and declined requesting a refund due to the manager's behavior. The incident occurred at 7:15 p.m. on 5/21 at the Wendy’s on Eisenhower Drive in Hanover, PA. I would appreciate a voucher for a replacement sandwich from a different Wendy’s location.

I have been very dissatisfied with the service at Wendy's recently. The food quality has been consistently poor during my last three visits. Despite my love for Wendy's, the fries were cold, the nuggets were hard, and my double burger was incorrectly made with pickles, to which I am allergic. When I addressed these issues, the staff member handed me food that had been sitting out. As a disabled senior, I cannot afford to pay for subpar meals. I typically spend between $15 and $25 during each visit, and I often bring my grandchildren, making the experience even more disappointing. I reside at 1 Karena Drive, Unit 7, Taunton, MA [redacted]. While I used to frequent Wendy's 2 to 3 times a week, I am now hesitant to return.

Good afternoon, I recently visited the Wendy's at [redacted] Stirling Rd, Cooper City, FL [redacted]. At the drive-thru, I ordered the $5 Biggie Bag and saw a sign stating an additional $0.80 for a medium size. According to my calculation, the total should have been $5.00 + $0.80 = $5.80 plus Florida sales tax at 7%, making it $6.21. However, I was charged $6.74 and was told by the staff that's what the system dictates. I have experienced similar pricing issues at this location in the past. Despite showing the discrepancy to the assistant manager, who acknowledged the lower sign price, they mentioned they were unable to adjust it. The inconsistency between the menu pricing and the actual charge at the window raises concerns about deceptive advertising practices. I noticed an issue with the prices on the drive-thru menu board at Wendy's today. This morning, I ordered a breakfast baconator that was listed at 3.99, but I was charged 4.39 plus tax, totaling 4.91. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the manager mentioned they had increased their prices but had not updated the board. He didn't offer to honor the listed price. I've been holding on the line with Wendy's customer service for 44 minutes now without a response. This situation shows a lack of priority for customers, and many may unknowingly be overcharged at this location. I believe this could be considered deceptive practices, and it's important to address this issue.

Good evening. I visited your drive-thru after a two-year hiatus hoping for a pleasant change, but I only received half of my order. Giving it another chance, I placed the order three times but still only got half of it each time. I had to wait in a long line and finally received the other half of my order, but the burgers were cold. This experience was disappointing, and the drive-thru situation was upsetting. Since the end of April, I have only visited twice.

Hello, I am Denishia Thomas. I'm reaching out regarding a Wendy's in Emporia, Virginia. A situation arose on social media where an employee claimed that employees eat food over customer orders without gloves. Upon my sister sharing this, we were harassed by a Wendy's employee/manager, who even came to my residence to start a fight, resulting in a 30-day eviction notice being issued to me. I am shocked that the manager's actions have gone unpunished, and I believe that she should be terminated from her position.

During our recent family vacation at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, we dined at Wendy's three times. Unfortunately, our experiences were disappointing. On our first visit, the employee taking our order was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the manager was equally rude. The second time, my husband brought back the wrong sandwich for me, and my baked potato had multiple hairs in it. Finally, during our third visit, after waiting in line for over 45 minutes, we were informed they couldn't serve us as they were short-staffed and closing early. The manager's unprofessional behavior, including yelling and slamming doors, was unacceptable. The disregard for customers' time and well-being was evident. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I strongly feel that the entire staff, particularly the managers, should be replaced to improve the franchise's reputation. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The service and attitudes of the employees at the Wendy's located at [redacted] Salem Rd SE, Conyers, GA [redacted] are very unprofessional and disrespectful. They are slow in taking your order, the food is not hot, and they wait until you are at the window to inform you they are out of an item. The neighborhood website is receiving significant complaints and advising people not to support this location. The community would like to have a Wendy's in the area, but not with this group of workers. Respectfully, S.T.

I have visited Wendy's twice in the last two weeks and encountered issues with the mobile app both times. Despite following advice to uninstall the app, the problem persists, leaving me frustrated. On my last visit, I did not receive a receipt. The excessive wait times on the phone, reaching up to 12 minutes, have caused me significant frustration. Attempts to use the chat feature on the app have also been unsuccessful. I expect a smoother experience and prompt resolution for these recurring issues. Currently, I am waiting on hold to speak with a representative once again. While the app works at home, these ongoing difficulties need to be addressed for better customer service.

I reside in Gadsden, Alabama. Last night at 9:00, I placed a $30 online order with Wendy's. Upon arriving at the store, I was informed in a rather impolite manner that they had closed at 9:00, although I could see five employees working inside. They declined to fulfill my order. Subsequently, I contacted East Gadsden Wendy's and was also refused service.

I made a mobile order and experienced significant delays during pickup. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I waited another 5-10 minutes at the speaker before being helped. Upon reaching the window, I was asked to park in a mobile spot despite having a simple order. It took nearly 10 minutes for my drinks and another 15 for my food. Upon receiving my order, it was handed to me abruptly with missing items. Despite informing the staff, they were dismissive and hung up on me. When the missing items were eventually brought out, they were incorrect. The interaction with the staff was rude and unprofessional, which left me feeling humiliated. The food was cold, the drink watery, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I showed the manager my receipt, but the missing items were still incorrect and poorly made. This level of mistreatment and poor service is unprecedented in my customer experience.

I placed a mobile app order on May 24th and was charged $4.66. On June 16th, I was charged the same amount even though I didn't visit Wendy's that day. On June 21st, I tried calling for assistance but was left on hold for over 30 minutes with no response. When I contacted the store and asked for a refund, the person I spoke to directed me to corporate. After numerous attempts to reach someone, I finally spoke to a female who claimed to be the manager but hung up when I asked for her name. When I called back, a male answered, claiming it was Domino's Pizza and hung up. I'm requesting a refund of $4.66 and a written apology from the unhelpful individuals I encountered over the phone.

My daughter works at Wendy's in Ramona. She had to leave work early yesterday because her father was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. She informed her manager, Sam, about the family emergency and requested personal time off. However, Sam proceeded to harass her and threatened her job if she didn't come to work the next day. My daughter is extremely upset about the situation with her father. I tried to contact Sam at Wendy's, but it was apparent that he was not receptive to my concerns. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently witnessed an employee at Wendy's named "Becka" displaying extremely unprofessional behavior at the Fountain, CO location. Becka appeared to be under the influence of drugs, specifically methamphetamines, as she was using offensive language and shouting at customers. This incident was distressing, especially since my children were present to witness such inappropriate conduct. As a customer who used to admire Wendy's, I am now questioning whether I want to continue supporting an establishment that allows individuals like Becka to represent their brand. If Wendy's condones this type of behavior from its employees, then I will choose to take my business elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. We ordered through the app, but when we arrived, the dining room was dirty, and it took a long time to get our food. They were out of many items listed on the door, and even chocolate and vanilla Frostys. When I asked for napkins, they were out, and there were no cup lids available. Additionally, there was a ceiling leak in the restroom. This was similar to a previous bad experience there, and I won't be returning. I would rather go to another location or visit the nearby McDonald's.

I recently went to the restaurant and had cold chili. When I brought it to their attention, they mentioned that the breaker was down. The tables were all dirty, with one even having ketchup all over the seat and floor. The glass entrance doors were filthy, and the women's restroom had no toilet paper. Additionally, the garbage bin was dirty on top. To top it off, when I asked for crackers for my chili, they gave me club crackers instead of saltines. This experience was disappointing as we usually enjoy dining there, but I am now hesitant to return.

Despite the completion of the 15-day payment period on August 18, I have not received my last week's payment. Additionally, I am unable to access the Paycore application to view my hours worked. I have informed my manager of these issues, but have not received a response in two weeks. Moreover, upon joining Wendy's, I was promised payment for 4 hours which were not reflected in the system, and a general manager mentioned an extra $50 bonus for additional work hours, which has not been paid. There are witnesses to confirm the discussions about this bonus. I am seeking guidance on how to address this situation.

This is my second time reporting an incident. I experienced discrimination from a manager at the Normandy location in Jacksonville, FL. Despite being denied service, three white customers received service. A district manager contacted me, offering to replace my meal, which does not address the inconvenience of wasted gas and time. When I visited a different Wendy's location, I was unable to get a replacement without the manager's name and the receipt I had discarded. He suggested I could upsize my order instead.
