WellPoint Customer Service Issues

On April 13, [redacted], my uncle passed away. He had 5 shares of Cerulean stock which merged with Wellpoint on March 15, [redacted]. A check for $[redacted].95 was issued by Wellpoint to my uncle on March 20, [redacted], for the purchase of the 5 shares he owned. This check remains uncashed, and I currently hold it. Despite attempts, I have been unsuccessful in contacting Wellpoint using the provided phone number. I possess power of attorney over my uncle's affairs and am seeking assistance in having a new check issued in my name. Any help from GetHuman would be greatly appreciated.
