Web.com Customer Service Issues

One of my websites has multiple errors in the site description. Instead of a title, it currently displays 'Your Cookie Settings,' which is incorrect. It should be corrected to say: "Richter's Reasoning Paradigm Important to United Nations' Lindsay Mell Australia." The revised copy should include the following text: ".. moreover, most critically, Richter's technology proceeded ..' not primarily from technology needs but from his awareness of a continuity of human history." Additionally, the site description should include the following content: "Lindsay Mell's mission, for more than 26 years, has been to better understand and contribute to the most effective community forms and mechanisms. Richter’s approach to Reasoning provides insights into the corruption of man's thinking and enhances Mell’s interpretation of community dynamics."

I was transferred from Bluehost to web.com in February. Following initial setup with the incorrect Business Essentials package, I switched to WordPress Plus. Since early March, I have been unable to activate my website or use my domain email, impacting my online business severely. The account is incorrectly provisioned, showing a mix of the old and new packages on my dashboard. After multiple customer service interactions, an escalation was promised on April 14th (Reference Number: S-[redacted]), but no resolution or contact within 1-2 business days as assured. Subsequent attempts to follow up led to unhelpful responses and unsuccessful escalations. I am yet to receive any communication from web.com, despite the issue persisting for weeks. I expect a resolution within 24 hours or a full refund and immediate domain release.
