Waterpik Customer Service Issues

I purchased my Aquarius Waterpik from Amazon on March 15th, and it has been causing me significant frustration. The nozzle at the top of the handle rotates while in use, making it difficult to maintain the necessary 90-degree angle for effective cleaning. Despite double flossing as a precaution, I consistently find more debris using traditional floss than with the Waterpik. I discovered a note inside the box advising me to contact the company rather than initiating a return within the 14-day window. I'm hopeful that there might be an option for a refund or an exchange for a different model, as the current one is messy and ineffective. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

After moving from Colorado to Puerto Rico, we purchased a new Waterpik "Water Flosser" from Costco in San Juan last week. Unfortunately, on the first use, it began leaking from the base. Despite the package advising against returning it to the store, I attempted to contact them as instructed. However, none of the four telephone numbers provided on the box or their website were functional from Puerto Rico. Frustrated by the lack of alternative contact methods, like an email address, I tried to reach out through their website. Unfortunately, the website only offered a list of mainland US states to select from, excluding Puerto Rico. This limitation made it impossible to send a message. It is disappointing that the company seems focused solely on profit without adequate customer support for areas outside the mainland US. After spending 90 minutes seeking assistance without success, I am hoping for a resolution. Distance and costs make it challenging for me to visit Costco, located 90 minutes away, without factoring in tolls and gas expenses.
