I returned home today to find that my trash was not collected as scheduled this morning. I reside at [redacted] Hartfield Court in Madison, MS [redacted] and believe this was an accidental omission. I assure you that my beige garbage can does not contain anything out of the ordinary. All items are securely tied up in bags, with no loose garbage. I put the trash out the previous night as I knew I wouldn't be home when the pickup was due. At 4:15 p.m., I contacted a staff member named "Lakethia" to express my concerns and was informed that the next business day is the soonest for a pickup. I am uncertain why my trash was missed. Due to the heat in the garage, I plan to leave the trash on the street overnight for collection by WM tomorrow. Thank you in advance.

One of my neighbors mentioned that Waste Management offers 2 complementary pickups per year for bulk items, but due to the frustrating phone tree system, I couldn't find the right option to request this service. I have a Weber grill to dispose of this Friday morning, August 8, without the propane tank. Can I arrange for it to be picked up for free? I am unsure if this is the right platform to inquire about the complimentary pickups for bulk items as mentioned by my neighbor. Additionally, I'm curious if "GetHuman" implies I will be connected to a live person. How can I reach out for assistance if I'm submitting this query via email?

I sent an email to WM on August 9 inquiring about a service which I was unfamiliar with until a neighbor mentioned it. Unfortunately, I have not received a response. The automated message system being used by WM seems ineffective. Despite hearing from my neighbor that she successfully arranged for the "bulk item" pickup, when I try to select this option, I am unable to speak to a representative. It is frustrating to observe other customers being billed for a service they were told would be free. While I have had no issues with regular garbage pickups in our area, resolving this matter has proven to be time-consuming and aggravating. I am hopeful that someone from WM will address my emails dated August 9 and August 10 promptly. Thank you. Regarding the comment from GetHuman, I am uncertain about their statement on resolving problems. If I receive a solution to my current issue, I will certainly share it here. However, I am not overly optimistic. Thank you.

I have been trying to reach out to waste management for the last three days regarding the non-collection of my green waste. My house, along with others, was missed. Despite making three calls and requesting the green waste pick-up, I was assured it would be collected by 7 pm each time. However, no one has shown up yet. The portal incorrectly states that the waste was collected on three occasions around 4-5 pm. This morning, I called again to speak with a supervisor about the lack of customer service and accountability, but to no avail. I urgently need my green waste bin emptied to continue my backyard project. This unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I am a timely payer for the service and having my pick-ups missed thrice without proper follow-up is frustrating. This behavior needs immediate attention!

My elderly mother relocated to [redacted] Rowland Avenue, KCK [redacted] nearly two years ago. Initially, the collectors damaged her trash can, causing the wheels to eventually come off. A neighbor mentioned she should have received a new one. Can you please arrange for that? Despite the schedule showing Tuesday as the pickup day, it has been inconsistent, happening on Wednesday or even Thursday lately. Moreover, while the trash was collected on Wednesday, the recycling was left behind. My mother is anxious about these disruptions as she values her independence. Your assistance is appreciated. I reside at [redacted] Jeremy Ave, Mentor, OH [redacted]. The driver consistently only empties my trash bin and neglects the additional box or item placed next to it that doesn't fit inside. This happened again today, and I am frustrated by the situation. Whoever is responsible seems unwilling to pick up the extra items like they used to in the past ten years. There is a large TV-sized box with papers and trash that was once again left in my driveway, neglected for the eighth time this summer. I refuse to drag it back to my garage and wait another week as I've been doing all year. Please send someone back today to collect my trash and address the driver's lack of thoroughness. It is their responsibility!

I have been attempting to make a payment on my bill through the automated system for days, but I am encountering issues. When prompted to choose payment method by check or card, the system is unable to hear my response. Despite repeatedly stating "card" and entering my credit card number and expiration date using the touch tone, the system claims the card is not valid, even though there are sufficient funds available for payment. The inability to speak with a live person is frustrating, and I am contemplating switching to a different service provider.

I am trying to arrange service at a different address. When I attempted to do this online, I encountered an error message requesting further details and to contact customer service at [redacted]. Unfortunately, when calling this number, I am unable to proceed as the automated system directs me back to the website for new account setup, resulting in a disconnection.
