I purchased tickets on December 29. When we arrived at the park, we had to wait a long time to get my son’s stroller approved due to his autism. By the time we entered at 11:30, it was already too late to enjoy Disney. We left around 1 o’clock, and most attractions were closed. Despite having the stroller authenticated, we couldn't access the park properly. I would appreciate a refund for these tickets. My contact number is [redacted], and my name is Carlos Vargas. Yesterday, I endured a 2-hour wait on the phone to speak with a customer service representative. I have three existing reservations linked to my email address, [redacted], two from 4/20-4/23/22 and one from 4/20/22-4/24/22 at the Cabins at Ft. Wilderness. During my call, I requested to apply the $40 per night discount currently offered to my bookings. The representative confirmed the adjustment was made. However, this morning, I did not receive the updated confirmation emails. After another 90-minute wait today, a different representative informed me that the discounts had not been applied, and no more were available due to a limited number. Despite my previous assurance, the new representative could not assist further and did not attempt to escalate the issue. I would appreciate if the discounts promised during my initial call yesterday could be honored on my reservations.
Thank you,
Caroline S.

I have encountered one problem after another, from parts of my reservation being deleted a week before the trip to the skyliner malfunctioning with me on board, and even housekeeping bothering my family. The most recent issue is ongoing with housekeeping, so I will provide details regarding that particular problem. I originally scheduled a pet safety check for 10 pm because we planned to watch the fireworks. However, my son fell ill, so we returned at 5 pm. I immediately called housekeeping to see if we could reschedule for that time, to which they agreed and said they would arrive shortly. An hour passed with no show, so I inquired about their arrival time, and they mentioned they were busy and it would take a while. I proposed rescheduling for the morning, which they agreed to for 8 am the next day. At 10 pm, housekeeping knocked on the door, unaware of the rescheduling. After informing them, a rude man called insisting they must come in tonight, to which I firmly refused due to my son sleeping. Despite the arrangement made earlier, he threatened to come anyway, leaving me feeling quite intimidated. This situation has left me fearful, and for the level of service I paid for, I expect the staff member from housekeeping to be terminated, and I demand reimbursement for the disrupted days of my vacation.

I have a reservation at Port Orleans from Jan 30th to Feb 4th for four people. Unfortunately, my daughter's aide canceled, so I need to bring her along, making it necessary to accommodate her in our room. I am hoping to just add a cot and pay the additional fee as I cannot afford a new rate. Both Heather and Megan, my special needs daughters, need to stay with me. This trip, meant to celebrate my 65th birthday with my children and granddaughter, was funded by my severance pay after losing my job due to covid. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. We have enjoyed trips to Disney World in the past through Make A Wish and are looking forward to this one. Thank you for considering my request. Jane B.

I had three tickets for Disney World in March [redacted], with one ticket free from a laid-off friend. Unfortunately, Disney closed just before our visit, offering credit instead of a refund. To use the credit (costing us thousands), we had to book another trip. Now, due to our friend's layoff, we have to purchase additional tickets and buy genie+ and Rise of the Resistance fast passes that were originally free. Feeling frustrated by Disney's lack of assistance, I won't spend more on Disney products or services due to the poor customer service and perceived greed. I will share my experience with everyone and refrain from spending on extras during our visit. I'm disappointed by the company's handling of the situation given the circumstances beyond our control.

I am confused by the email concerning my upcoming park visit reservations for next week. The tickets were bought using my credit card, but my son and fiancé will not have the card with them as they arrive. The email states they need to show the purchasing credit card. They do not have Disney passes, and I am unsure which card needs to be linked to my Disney account or how to link it. I am struggling to find the ID or confirmation numbers to use. I used to reside in Florida for over 30 years, but now without residency, I find it difficult to purchase tickets. I have made six calls, waiting for hours without reaching anyone. This ticketing process is frustrating. Resolving this ticket linking issue promptly is crucial. Please contact me at [redacted] or email at [redacted]
Delivery Option: Email
When entering the park, use your Disney MagicMobile pass, MagicBand, or a card from your linked Disney account. Otherwise, you must show the confirmation email and the original credit card, PayPal receipt, Disney Gift Card, or Disney Rewards Redemption Card used for purchase along with a valid photo ID.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by guest services at Hollywood Studios. During our visit on November 26th, despite following all protocols, we faced long wait times and overcrowding, with many attractions having over 2-hour waits. Feeling unsafe due to the pandemic, we left the park early. After reaching out via email and waiting for weeks with no resolution, I was told I would receive 6 one-day park hopper passes instead of a refund. Despite promises, as of February 23, [redacted], I have yet to receive the tickets. I am seeking assistance with this ongoing issue.

I wanted to share my experience at the Polynesian resort with the Entertainment team. After leaving Epcot to watch the Electrical Water Pageant, we found that the boat dock's Polynesian music continued playing, making it difficult to hear the Pageant. This was disappointing as we had chosen to leave Epcot to experience this unique show. Additionally, we attempted to visit Trader Sam's but the 2-hour wait deterred us, leading us to have dinner outside by the pool where the heater lamps were not functioning, leaving us cold and prompting an unplanned purchase of a sweatshirt at the resort shop. I believe addressing the sound/music issue at the boat dock could enhance the experience for other guests looking to enjoy the parade.

As long-time customers of Disney theme parks and resorts with annual Passholderships, we have frequented the deluxe GF resort, held Day 1 Disney Visa cards, and shopped regularly at Disney.
Recent changes by Disney have left me concerned. I have noticed a shift towards political and social issues rather than focusing on entertainment, causing me to rethink my visits to the parks.
The latest statements from top executives have solidified my view that Disney values short-term profits over the loyalty of customers like us, who have supported the company across generations.
Our family has chosen to redirect our spending away from Disney and explore other entertainment options. It is disappointing to see the company move in this direction, as we have cherished our experiences with Disney over the years.
I hope that others who share our sentiment will also reconsider their support. Please pass on this feedback if this is not the appropriate channel.
Thank you,
Judy C. Fisher

Hello, my name is Jay. I am a parent and grandparent to two kids, a boy and a girl being raised traditionally. I recently saw a video and news story about your parks not acknowledging the distinction between boys and girls. I am upset and believe this is wrong. Kids aged 5 to 12 visiting Disney World should have the opportunity to enjoy the experience without confusion. I've always dreamed of going, but now I'm cautious about exposing my grandkids to content that blurs gender lines. While there is diversity in the world, certain fundamental values have been upheld throughout history, and I believe it's not the place of you or the Democrats to dictate gender identity. I shared news stories with a family I know who planned a trip to Disney World, and after seeing the information, they decided to cancel. Even though this won't impact your park much, if more people boycott your movies, Disney+, or visits to the park leading to financial losses and negative publicity, I hope your park faces consequences. It seems like you are betraying Walt Disney's vision, and you should reevaluate your stance.

Our family is set to travel to Disney World in Florida from April 17th to 22nd. Our vacation package includes resort accommodation, visits to various theme parks, and numerous activities. Despite having been to Disney several times and believing it to be a place where everyone can forget their worries and have a joyful time with friends and family, I have recently had a different experience with the customer service since booking this vacation. I am now reconsidering my opinion of Disney. I would appreciate a call back at [redacted] to discuss whether Disney still values customer service the way it used to. Thank you, Shrenik Shah.

I am deeply disappointed by Disney's recent choices regarding the content in their children's entertainment. As a long-time supporter of Disney, I have shared my love for their movies with my own children and grandchildren. It saddens me to see the introduction of adult themes and discussions into what should be wholesome family entertainment. I believe Disney should focus on providing the same quality entertainment they have in the past without pushing any particular agenda on children. It is a parent's responsibility to decide when and how these sensitive topics are addressed with their children. I have decided to cancel our family vacation to DisneyWorld in October [redacted] and seek a more child-friendly destination. I hope Disney reconsiders their approach in the future. - Sheri D. from Mt. Olive, NJ.

I am staying off-property, attempting to reserve my park dining 60 days in advance. Today, at 5:00 am, the time reservations open, I encountered website maintenance, delaying my entry until 5:05 am. By then, all lunch and dinner slots at Magic Kingdom were full. I particularly wanted the Fireworks Dessert Party with pre-assigned seating since I have a disability and require seating during the fireworks. It's disheartening to have missed this unique opportunity due to the site issue. I am disappointed to have been unable to secure any dining reservations at Magic Kingdom for July 17 within such a short time frame. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

Reservation #: [redacted]2. I have not received replies to multiple email inquiries sent on 5/5, 5/10, and 5/15/[redacted]. Despite calling Disney's help line on 5/15, 5/16, and 5/18/[redacted], I was unable to reach a representative after long hold times. The Corporate Office was also unable to assist me and suggested canceling for a refund of $15,[redacted].46. I have concerns regarding Disney's vaccination policy for children due to sincerely held religious beliefs, and I need information on cancellation with full refund under the Vacation Protection Plan. If Disney does not accommodate exemptions for children's COVID-19 vaccination, we may need to cancel or reschedule our trip. I appreciate clarification on the vaccination requirement and any exemptions. Thank you.

I need assistance with a park reservation issue for my wife, E., who lost her reservation for Magic Kingdom on June 4th. I initially reassigned her ticket to our daughter but then back to her the next day. I was told there is no availability for Magic Kingdom on that date and advised to keep checking for cancellations. If she cannot secure a reservation, only I would have park access, which is not acceptable. We are considering switching to Epcot but I am hesitant to do it myself after losing the initial reservation. I am unsure whether to continue waiting for a cancellation at Magic Kingdom or secure Epcot reservations before it fills up too. I would appreciate your assistance in handling this matter. Waiting until June 11th for Magic Kingdom to become available is not an option. Please advise on the best course of action.

I have always had great experiences at Disney World. We were annual passholders for years and also have three Disney Vacation Club memberships. During a recent visit on Monday, May 30th, at 6:38 pm, we took a LYFT from Hollywood Studios to Magic Kingdom. The drop-off location was listed as "MINIVAN SERVICE DROPOFF," but the LYFT driver stopped at the bus area. When we tried to enter Magic Kingdom, a security guard stopped us, claiming we couldn't exit the car there. Despite the confusion, two other guards intervened, apologized, and let us go. The encounter left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated, as there were no signs prohibiting drop-offs at that spot. I wish I had insisted on speaking to the supervisor about the situation.

I need advice. When I made my holiday booking with Walt Disney World Holidays under order #[redacted]2, I was only able to reserve the first week at Coronado Springs. I wanted to add a second week at Pop Century, so I had to make a separate booking. Unfortunately, this caused me to miss out on the dining credit promotion (we only received €[redacted] for the first week). I just realized that I won't have the dining credit for the second week and I am upset and concerned about how we will manage food expenses. Is there any way to address this issue? I am very worried.

Hello,
I recently bought a holiday through Tui, a tour operator from the UK. After waiting a week as instructed for everything to be sorted with the booking, I went on "My Disney Experience" and added the booking reference under Resort Hotel/Link a Reservation. All seemed fine until the next page loaded. It had my name listed, followed by a message to update the guests' names. Despite finding my wife and her sister in the dropdown list, when I select them, I get an error message stating, "There was an issue assigning one or more Guests to this reservation," and I cannot proceed. We have two rooms in our booking, and I am unsure if this is causing the problem. Could you please advise on how to proceed?
Kind Regards,
A. Payne

I have a question about celebrating my wife's 50 years of visiting Disney World. She first visited as a 9-year-old when it opened, and we've been back many times with our kids. We're visiting again with our son, his wife, and grandsons. I was wondering if there's something special Disney could offer to recognize her loyalty. I love my wife of 30 years dearly, and any gesture from Disney would mean a lot to her, and in turn, to me. I was unsure how to inquire about this, so I appreciate any guidance you can provide.

I wanted to share a baffling experience about a property on Martin Luther King Blvd that has been a vacant lot since [redacted]. Interestingly, a similar situation occurred twice involving my child in [redacted] and another where a car was parked above a park entrance for a few years with a strange threat. Despite facing accusations and bizarre encounters, I have always aimed to do what’s right. There have been instances of unjust activities around me, but I have chosen to remain resilient and committed to my family. I have encountered challenges like financial difficulties and false accusations, but I have always strived to maintain integrity. It's disheartening to face skepticism and ridicule even when trying to provide a comfortable environment for my child. Despite facing many setbacks, I have chosen to stay strong and positive, inspired by the words of Slick Rick to keep my head up.
