Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts Customer Service Issues

Good morning, I am Milan Prochazka from Mercedes-Benz co. Last week during a business trip to Cairo, I stayed at WLRDF Astoria, Cairo-Heliopolis as I have done at least five times in the past. I checked in on Nov 4th and checked out on Nov 6th, staying in room No. [redacted]. Upon returning home, I discovered that the hotel had charged me twice in one day with exorbitant amounts - a $6,[redacted] bill followed by a $5,[redacted] charge for the two nights. The explanation given later was labeled as an "unfortunate mistake," but it seems suspicious to me, leaning towards a potential fraudulent scheme. Despite the hotel management admitting the error, the refund has not been processed in full to my credit card account after two days of communication. Hello, I am currently exploring holiday options for [redacted], with the Maldives catching my interest. I am contemplating a stay of approximately 7 nights at the Waldorf Astoria Maldives, and potentially a stopover in Dubai on the way back for 3 or 4 nights at the Waldorf Astoria hotel. Being an avid SCUBA diver, the Maldives is a dream destination for me to explore underwater. My research indicates that April might be the optimal month for a trip to the Maldives. Could you please confirm if your Maldives resort has a dive shop/center available? I am also curious to know which UK Travel Agent the Waldorf Astoria collaborates with for holiday packages.
