I have been trying for three months to resolve issues with my app, especially regarding fraudulent charges on my money card. Despite multiple calls where I am put on hold for long periods and then hung up on, the problem persists. I have had unauthorized transactions each month, which I reported, but no disputes have been filed. Even after reporting unauthorized charges to Google and getting a new card, more unauthorized purchases have occurred. I have overdraft protection that should be available to me, but it's not being honored. It's frustrating that the customer service representatives argue with me about my transactions and deposits. I need them to take action promptly, especially with the recurring fraudulent charges on my account.

I recently noticed several fraudulent charges on my account that I did not make. On November 6th, there were two charges at walmart.com for $76.14, which I did not recognize. Additionally, on November 5th, there was a charge at TruConnect for $10, and on November 7th, a charge at Domino's for $53.91. There was also a charge on November 6th for warehousing for $44.77 and on November 5th at a paper towels store for $24.15. Another charge is pending today at Walmart for $76.14, which I did not authorize. I am reaching out to see how I can be reimbursed for these unauthorized charges. Thank you for your assistance.

My card was compromised, so I called to dispute the charges. I asked not to cancel the card because I have bills to pay. They assured me I could continue to use the card if it stayed unlocked. Although it is unlocked, I cannot load any money onto it. I attempted to load $[redacted] but it was unsuccessful. This problem is preventing me from paying my bills online through automatic bill pay. After spending hours on the phone, I am frustrated with the service I am receiving. I need help to resolve this issue promptly since my bills are due and I am unable to make payments.

I have an account that I created several years ago, but unfortunately, I can't recall the address or phone number I used during registration. Recently, my card was stolen, and there were unauthorized charges on it. I'm unable to reach out to customer service because I can't provide the account's original address or phone number, which is preventing them from assisting me. Over the years, I have moved to different places and changed phone numbers multiple times, making it challenging for me to remember the initial details I used. Even though I can verify my identity with other personal information, they insist on the original account details. This situation has left me feeling helpless as my money is at risk, and the lack of access allows the thief to go unpunished. I believe that my personal identification should hold more weight than the initial account setup information. I'm frustrated that I am being denied access to my hard-earned money due to this issue.

Unfortunately, my house was destroyed in a fire along with all of my belongings, including my cards and cash. After being out of work for over two months, I finally got back to work and tried to access my funds using a PayPal card, which was a challenging process. I then turned to a Green Dot card and added $[redacted] to it, but encountered issues with adding more funds. I am certain of my social security number. My date of birth is August 6, [redacted], and I was born in Atlanta. My mother's maiden name is Leonard.

I need the full name to appear on the transaction. Currently, it only shows "HIGHLAND MANOR GOODS AND..." and nothing else. I've tried calling [redacted] six times already without success. The automated system seems to restrict the information I can receive, making it frustrating for consumers like me.

I reported a lost card on Sunday night and requested an expedited replacement by paying a $15 fee. Unfortunately, it seems they did not expedite it and only charged me $3 for a regular replacement, which will take 10 days. Is there any way to access cash from my account sooner? I have been unable to reach a person over the phone as my card has been cancelled and I cannot provide the information requested. This situation is really frustrating.

I have experienced issues trying to activate my new card due to a change in my phone number. A customer service representative contacted me about an unauthorized transaction on my old card, prompting me to get a new one. After misplacing the new card, my daughter assisted me in replacing it and adding $40. I struggled to activate the new card using my old account credentials on my new phone with a different number. Realizing the need to create a new account with the updated information, including a new user ID and password, I seek guidance on the process of setting up a new account.

I recently reported suspicious activity on my Walmart prepaid account when someone changed the phone number and email associated with it. Following the necessary steps, I was informed that I would receive a check for the remaining balance. Despite following up, I have not received the check. When contacting customer service, I received conflicting instructions and cannot provide my CVV as my card may have been stolen. I am frustrated with the process and considering legal action. I have kept email documentation dating back to June but have yet to resolve this issue.

I am experiencing difficulties with both my debit card and the Walmart card login. I am unable to access the Walmart card site despite following all instructions. I am also facing an issue with my debit card being stuck in an ATM. The customer service phone line provided on the card is constantly busy, making it impossible for me to get assistance. I discovered some unfamiliar transactions totaling $14,[redacted] taken from my account. The bank states they closed my card and account due to suspected fraud. However, I believe they should not withhold my funds or prevent access to my account, as this has occurred repeatedly. I simply want my funds returned to my card and the reimbursement I am owed.

My account was hacked, so we cancelled the card. A new one is on the way, and I need to monitor my account for pending transactions. I was instructed to contact you to start an investigation. However, I am unable to reach anyone without the security code on the card's back, which is no longer accessible since the card has been cancelled.

I recently had fraudulent charges on my account from Walmart.com. After submitting the necessary paperwork, the account was closed, and I received a new card that I cannot activate. There is a credit balance on my account, but my card is not functioning. On December 25th, a $5 service fee was deducted. I am also expecting a direct deposit from Social Security on the 1st. How can I access my funds without a functional card, and why was a service fee deducted after the card was already shut down?

I purchased a card and registered it online. However, when I attempted to use it, it was not working. Upon contacting the number on the card, I was informed that it was not registered under my name. I am unsure how this mix-up occurred. They advised me to take a picture of the card and receipt and email them, but my emails keep getting rejected. I urgently need this issue resolved. I had a dispute on December 16. I provided all the necessary information and contacted customer service. The representative confirmed receipt of the documents and mentioned that the billing process for my claim had started. I was informed that it would take 10 days for the refund to reflect on my card. A new card was also sent. Following up, the representative assured me that my money should be refunded by the 30th. My claim number is [redacted]C.

This morning at 9:30 am, I added $[redacted].00 to my Walmart MoneyCard. Currently, at 3:33 pm, my account balance doesn't show the loaded money. When I called the customer service number on the back of the card, the system couldn't find my account. This is a new problem for me despite using the card multiple times in the past. I need to pay a bill by tomorrow evening, and the money seems to be stuck on the card.

Someone has accessed my information on my Walmart Money Card. They changed the phone number and email for contact. Please assist me in deactivating my card as they have made changes to it. If you check, you will see where alterations have been made. You can reach out to me on my phone at [redacted], the number I originally had on my account before it was changed. My email is [redacted], which they have altered to Zeena01. The password they used is Nookie101963. However, they changed the contact details to an unfamiliar email and phone number. I have been using a card to receive my payroll for a month now. I initially purchased one card, loaded $29 on it, but received two cards. I only registered one of them, not sure about the other.
