I was approved for a Walmart credit card in [redacted]. However, I never received the actual card. Due to family issues, I am reviewing my past finances and realized the status of this account. I would like to continue my Walmart Credit Account but will need another card mailed to me. Is this possible?

I spoke with a representative who assured me that More Rewards doesn't charge late fees, yet I've been charged late fees due to financial difficulties in June and July. I made a $70 payment in July instead of the usual $28. Consequently, there have been $39 charges for June, July, and August. Today in August, I didn't make a payment because I was told to pay $60, contradicting what the representative told me about no late fees. I request for them to review the recorded conversation where this was discussed. I cannot review my statement as I'm not literate. I'm unsure if I should cancel the card or wait to pay. I request for the late charges to be removed. The card in question ends in [redacted], with the last four digits of my SSN being [redacted].

We recently received a notice from Capital One regarding our Walmart Rewards Card. According to the letter, the payment we made on 8-1-23 was allegedly returned by our bank. I promptly contacted our bank, and they confirmed that the $[redacted] payment cleared on 8-3-23 with no returns. Strangely, we received the letter on 8-9-23, a day after the due date of 8-8-23. The bank informed us that the payment had been processed twice, causing concern as we rely on social security. Despite multiple calls to various customer service representatives, communication was challenging due to language barriers. Capital One referenced an account ending in #[redacted], which does not belong to us. We are seeking assistance as our efforts have not yielded a resolution yet.

I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding an unauthorized charge of $[redacted] from my account on 8/17/23. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance or follow-up on this matter. I am extremely frustrated and upset as I have not been able to get my money refunded by Walmart.
