My name is Arnita Ryan, the office manager of Ada Ford Lincoln Inc. We recently received a trade-in from Michael or Jana Stewart, a [redacted] Ford Escape with the VIN 1FMCU03GX9KC02836. We are located in Oklahoma. The title shows a lien to Wachovia Dealer Services Inc on 1/15/[redacted]. The customers provided a letter from Wells Fargo confirming the vehicle's payment, but we require the original lien release or a certified copy. Alternatively, a certified letter from Wells Fargo that includes the customers' details, vehicle information, and a statement confirming the relationship between Wachovia and Wells Fargo would be acceptable. Can you assist me in obtaining this documentation? Thank you.

The vehicle's deceased owner has caused issues for me. My daughter innocently bought the car from the granddaughter, unaware it was an illegal sale. After visiting the DMV, we discovered a lien owed to Wachovia Dealer Services, but we don't know if it's been settled or the amount due. We desperately require this information so we can obtain a clean title to sell or register the vehicle. Without the details, including a possible lien release letter, we are stuck. Unfortunately, we lack the account number or SSN of the deceased owner to proceed. To make matters worse, the uncooperative granddaughter is withholding crucial information. All I possess is the owner's name and the VIN number of the car.

I have contacted five times over the past four weeks to obtain a release form for the title of my car. The car was paid off years ago, but when I attempted to get a loan for a new vehicle, I discovered that Wachovia had not released the title. Despite numerous calls, each time I was assured the title was in the mail. However, upon each follow-up, the title never arrived. After speaking with a helpful representative, it was revealed that none of the promised actions had been taken. I am now without a title and have lost my loan opportunity. This situation has caused immense stress and frustration. I have taken steps to report this issue to the BBB and will pursue legal action if the matter is not resolved promptly.

I am requesting a release of lien for a vehicle loan that was paid off years ago. My parents, J and N Mahoney, bought a [redacted] Lexus LS [redacted] in Phoenix on 3/28/[redacted]. Wachovia Dealer Services provided financing and there was a lien on the title. The loan has been cleared, but we can't find the release of lien. My mother, now visually impaired, is unable to locate the necessary documents to transfer the title to my niece in Illinois. We need the release of lien to obtain a corrected title. Despite multiple attempts to contact Wachovia, we have not received any response. Please email me the release of lien at [redacted].

I bought a [redacted] Solstice from Briggs Dodge in Topeka, Kansas, in January this year with VIN #1G2MB35B97Y111105. The Kansas title had no liens. Today, I received the title in Oklahoma and discovered a lien by Wachovia DLR SVC INC. I contacted the Oklahoma DMV, and they confirmed the lien in their records. The dealership only provided the last owner's name, Jeff Pritchett. I am requesting a copy of the lien release to be sent to me or the Oklahoma DMV at [redacted] N Classen Blvd #[redacted], Oklahoma City, OK [redacted]. My address is Robert Jeffrey Thomas, [redacted] E Walnut Drive, Afton, OK [redacted]. The lien was recorded 11 years ago and is paid off. If you don't have the release, please issue a new one to Oklahoma DMV or me.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am interested in investing in various government and private sector bonds and would like to hedge them. I am seeking information regarding any nominal lower and upper limits for creating CDS, TRS, and IRS. Can individual investors utilize these instruments as well? Are bank or insurance guarantees acceptable for high-rated investments? I also intend to use the income from these instruments in physical investments like housing or factories. Please advise if there are any restrictions in this regard, and if there is an opportunity for cooperation to reach a conclusion in the credit reconciliation process. Thank you in advance for your valuable insights.
Kind regards,
K. Safak

I am in need of a "Lien Release" for a vehicle I purchased in February [redacted] in Georgia. I paid off the car in full while residing in GA and received the GA title. After moving to New York, I had to exchange the GA title for a NY title, which unexpectedly showed a lien from Wachovia Dealer Services. I cannot locate the original Lien Release letter and have recently moved to North Carolina. Unfortunately, I am unable to obtain a NC Title or registration without resolving the non-existent lien issue. The vehicle in question is a [redacted] Ford Fusion Hybrid with VIN: 3FADPOL39AR285890. The loan was initially with Wachovia, now Wells Fargo. Despite contacting them and sending a fax request, I have not received a response. If there are records of the lien release, I kindly request your assistance.
Thank you,
Stephen S.

I require a lien release for my Lexus RX300-V6 with VIN# JT6HF10U3X[redacted] to be sent to Amy Marie King and David Roland King. I received an electronic lien release document on paper, but the Washington DMV does not accept it. I need the title, lien release, signed, and notarized by Wachovia, not Wells Fargo, as the state recognizes it under Wachovia vehicle dealership services. Thank you!
