I had a troubling experience at Gatwick airport when my husband, who holds a Gambian passport, was denied check-in for our flight to Banjul via Barcelona due to not having an airport transit visa, which we were unable to confirm with Vueling due to not being able to speak with a representative. This has caused us to miss our flight and lose over £[redacted] on the ticket, as well as endure a long drive to the airport in the early hours of the morning. I am now wondering if I am eligible for a refund on the fare paid.

I was denied check-in at Gatwick because I have a Gambian passport and was not allowed to transit through Barcelona airport without an airport transit visa to catch my connecting flight. I tried calling Vueling multiple times to clarify the visa requirements but couldn't reach a person. It's been very frustrating.
1. Is there any compensation?

Hello, a few days ago, I made a reservation for a flight from Mallorca, Spain, to Cairo, Egypt, scheduled for 10/04/23. However, my mother also booked a flight for me to visit her in Poland on the same date. After checking in my luggage for my flight from Rome Fiumicino to London Gatwick on 23/08/23, unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive at the destination. Despite trying to reach a customer service representative, I have been unable to get through via phone as the UK service seems to be ineffective. It has been 20 days since my luggage went missing with no progress. I've attempted to claim expenses incurred due to this issue, but the website continually redirects me to the same page, making it impossible to proceed. The lack of communication with an agent is frustrating, and there seems to be a lack of customer care in resolving this matter. The PIR code for my lost luggage is LGWVY16665, and the flight number is VY6224.

I recently experienced a lost luggage mishap during my Vueling Airlines trip from Crete to Dublin. Regrettably, my checked bag, for which I paid an additional fee, went missing during my layover.
After a few weeks, my bag was located and later forwarded to me in the United States.

My flight from Brussels to Barcelona experienced a significant delay, which caused me to miss my connecting flight from Barcelona to Boston. Upon arrival in Barcelona, I was rebooked on a flight to Boston for the next day, resulting in me missing a day of work. During my 24-hour stay in Barcelona, the airline arranged for accommodation and transport to the hotel but failed to provide transportation back to the airport the next day. As the delay caused me to arrive at my final destination more than 3 hours late, I am seeking appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

I have a booking with your airline on the 4th of October from London Gatwick. I'm wondering how far I can take my double buggy, which is a Joie Aire double pushchair. After the 21-day legal waiting period, Vueling is preparing to compensate me for a lost suitcase, which is a positive development. However, my concern now is that I have been unable to convey to Vueling through their contact channels that the suitcase contained belongings for 4 individuals. I am seeking appropriate financial compensation considering this information, beyond the standard compensation for one person. Although I provided detailed information on Vueling's page about the contents of the suitcase, specifying items for both men and women, I have not received any response. I am looking for a way to communicate directly with a Vueling representative to address this matter, as the entire process has only involved interactions with their chatbot, and I am concerned they may close the case without addressing my concerns.

I had originally booked a flight from Geneva to Barcelona on the 16th of September with the booking number KH6DVW.
On the evening of the 15th of September at 8:03 p.m., I received an email offering a discount code to change my flight. I accepted the offer and opted to change my flight for the following morning of the 16th of September from 10:10 to 11:45. This change aligned with my existing hotel booking.
After confirming the flight change, I received an email from Vueling at 8:29 p.m. stating that my flight was confirmed for the morning of the 17th.
During the process, there was no communication from Vueling indicating that my travel date would be altered. According to their policy and guidelines section '3.4,' if a customer responds to an offer after the time slot is full, the original booking should be honored.

My luggage was delayed on airline VY8009 flight on July 27th from Paris Orly to Barcelona El Prat. Orly airport then sent the luggage to Barcelona on July 28 via airline VY8001. However, when I contacted the Barcelona lost baggage office, they informed me that the luggage is not in Barcelona without providing further details. Vueling Airline only offered me [redacted] euros, but the total value of my luggage and its contents is [redacted] euros. The Property Irregularity Report (PIR) number is BCNVY34771. I am seeking assistance in locating my luggage or receiving a reimbursement of [redacted] euros.

I recently flew with my husband for the first time with your airline on September 14th from London Gatwick to Barcelona at 2:30 PM. I encountered an issue with my hand luggage at the passport and boarding desk. Despite it being approved in the queue, I was charged for it being too big. The staff member on duty was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, even refusing to measure my bag. This incident caused me distress as I was threatened and felt mistreated. The situation was exacerbated by the lack of a senior staff member to escalate the matter to. The behavior of the staff member was witnessed by others, and I have video evidence to support my claim. I request that this issue be addressed as it tarnished what was supposed to be a special trip for our 10th anniversary. I hope that this feedback will help in improving customer service standards. I am seeking assistance with a Vueling flight scheduled for January 6th, [redacted], departing from Barcelona to Stuttgart at 12:45. While attempting to make a booking on the Vueling website, I encountered technical difficulties that led me to the eDream website unintentionally. Despite not intending to book with eDream, due to the technical issues, a booking was made. My eDream-Booking number is [redacted]0.

My booking code is TID6TW. I have a flight from Lanzarote to Barcelona on September 26. Today, I attempted to check-in as requested by the airline and mistakenly purchased an extra cabin bag. I unintentionally booked a 1 Plus Seat at 9:57 am, thinking it was the only way to add a cabin bag. I've been struggling for an hour with the Vueling app, which is not functioning properly. Despite three unsuccessful call attempts, I managed to connect with customer service representative Maria Victoria through a chat. Although she was polite, she couldn't rectify my error. I traveled to Spain on September 15th with my children and family. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed last minute, causing us to miss our transfers. We spent around 4 stressful hours at the airport. My children were tired, and my mother was distressed. There was no assistance available, and the experience was awful. I was particularly upset to find my damaged pram after the ordeal. I attempted to file a complaint, but no one directed me on where to go or who to speak to. I am very disappointed about the condition of my pushchair.
