Hello, I flew from London Gatwick to Malaga on August 11, [redacted], and checked in 2 bags. Unfortunately, upon arrival, only 1 bag was received, while the other is missing. I contacted the lost and found at Malaga Airport and was given a reference number AGPVY59359. It has been more than 48 hours, and I have not received any updates, which is disappointing. I am unable to reach anyone at Vueling as there are no contact numbers available. Can someone please assist with this matter and provide an update?

Two days ago, we were supposed to fly from Paris Orly to Hamburg at exactly 5:55 PM. After a 48-minute delay, we were finally allowed to board the plane. After waiting for another 1 1/2 hours on the plane, we were deboarded due to "technical issues." We then waited for 30 more minutes in the terminal until we were informed that the flight was canceled for the day. We all went back to the counter and waited for nearly 3 hours before our turn. There, we were told we would be taken to a hotel and fly out the next day (08/15/23) at 7:05 AM with no food provided until then.
Arriving at the hotel, we could only sleep for 2 1/2 hours before heading back. We went to bed without any food since 3:00 PM. The next day, we were given 2 small croissants and 1 small chocolate bread.

On Monday, August 7th, our group flight from Bilbao to LGW (booking reference: LHMD9D, flight VY7292) was canceled last minute, causing significant inconvenience. Despite waiting in line for two hours, we were reassigned to a flight with a long layover and were promised accommodation and transportation which were never provided. Desperate, we searched for a place to stay, but due to busy season and limited options, we had to spend the night in an unsafe airport area.
This situation was especially challenging for members of our group with health issues, like Charlotte W. recovering from surgery, and Olivia W. dealing with mental health concerns. The lack of support and basic necessities was unacceptable.
I am requesting a full refund for the canceled flight and fair compensation for the distress and additional expenses incurred. We have receipts for the extra costs and seek acknowledgment of the inhumane circumstances we were subjected to.

I am filing a complaint about the luggage tax charged at the airport. On the Barcelona-London flight, we were each charged 60€ per bag totaling [redacted]€ for both bags. The weight of our luggage for the round trip was 9.8 kg and 9.9 kg, which both fall within the limit. It's puzzling why we only encountered issues on one segment of the trip.
During boarding in Barcelona, our bags were taken and placed in the hold despite containing electronics like batteries and e-cigarettes, which are not allowed in the hold. We tried to prevent this, but were unsuccessful.
I am concerned that the flight attendant, Jorge, was rude and made threats. It's important to follow international aviation rules to ensure passenger safety.
I previously reached out to Vueling about this issue and received a generic response. I am looking for a prompt resolution and hope to hear back soon.

I am trying to check in for my flight. Four of us are flying: myself, my spouse, and our two children. My flight is on September 17th, which is the birthday of one of my children. She is turning 2 years old. I purchased a seat for her under the assumption that being 2 years old requires her to have her own seat. However, when attempting to check in, the Vueling system states that she needs to be between the ages of 2 and 11. This is clearly an unusual issue, and I am unable to reach anyone for assistance.

My family and I flew with Vueling (flight VY8174) from Barcelona El Prat airport (BCN) to Birmingham (BHX) on 1st August [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon arrival in Birmingham, one of our bags did not appear on the conveyor belt. We promptly reported the missing bag to the local baggage handling company. Despite several emails from you confirming the search for my bag, it remains missing according to the tracking portal. After waiting the required 21 days, I understand my baggage is now officially lost under the Montreal Agreement. I have receipts and bank statements totaling around £[redacted] for the lost items and wish to formally claim this amount as compensation from Vueling Airlines.

I recently made a reservation with Vueling and needed to change the flight date right away. I attempted to use the online "manage booking" feature within the 24-hour window allowed for changes. However, the website did not calculate the fare difference correctly and added a new flight to my cart instead. After filling out their online message form and emailing [redacted] and [redacted], I received an automated email acknowledging my issue but have not received a resolution yet.
Despite trying to rectify the situation promptly, I was unable to make the required changes in time. Due to time constraints, I ended up booking a new flight at full price while still hoping to resolve the initial change request. During our return trip from Mallorca, we encountered an unexpected issue regarding our hand luggage. Despite paying €63 for 15kg luggage to bring on board, we were informed at the gate that it needed to be checked instead. To our surprise, we were asked to pay an extra €60 if we wanted to take the hand luggage into the cabin. This second payment seemed unfair, especially when we had proof of our initial payment. I recently flew from Malaga to Barcelona and called Vueling customer service 48 hours prior to ask about carry-on costs and delays in purchasing them. I was told I could pay 20 Euros per bag until boarding. At check-in, they confirmed this. However, when boarding, I was told I had to pay 60 Euros per bag, even if they fit under the seat, and they were checked in as a penalty, despite overhead bins being empty. I reluctantly paid [redacted] Euros for four bags, but my luggage was still taken for checking. I am asking for an excuse and a refund of [redacted] Euros. This was my first flight with Vueling, and I'm disappointed by the conflicting information. I am writing to address an issue I experienced with Airline on my recent trip to Tenerife on August 16th. My booking code was SM7U5H, and despite booking seats on the 3rd row and paying for 4 seats, I was informed at check-in that my seats had been given to other passengers. I was then seated in the last row (row 32) with no window, excessive noise, overcrowding, and discomfort due to the inability to recline the seats. This situation was particularly challenging for me as a disabled individual who relies on the support of my family.
The overall experience was disappointing, with limited access to food and drinks as supplies ran out. I hope that the airline can refund my seat bookings and provide compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I was instructed to wait aside by a ground crew member who rudely insisted I needed a visa to return to London from Barcelona (Flight VY7826). I explained that I've been residing in England for 23 years and do not require a visa. I found it frustrating that I could collect my boarding pass at the desk and pass through border control without any issues, only to face this trouble when boarding the plane. The staff should have a better understanding of passengers' passport requirements before making assumptions. I have never encountered this issue with any other airline. If the staff member had examined my passport more closely, they would have seen the necessary proof. It was unnecessary for me to have to show my settlement to validate my stay. This situation was unwarranted and bothersome.

I am pleased to share that my travel agent successfully contacted Iberia regarding our missing luggage. They have confirmed that the luggage is now in possession of Vueling and provided reference numbers for our bags (Ibzvy71981 and Ibzvy71987).
I kindly request that the luggage be promptly forwarded to either OR Tambo International Airport or our address in South Africa at Milford Estate, [redacted] Seven Oaks Avenue, Farmall (Chartwell), Sandton [redacted], Gauteng.
The description of the luggage includes a dark red suitcase secured with white cable ties and a dark blue K-Way backpack with black lining also closed with white cable ties.
To provide further context, I flew from Lisbon to Ibiza via Vueling airlines on August 8th at 12:05. Despite informing Ryanair in Rome about the missing luggage, I was unable to open a case as they confirmed it was not loaded onto their flight. Subsequent attempts to contact Vueling via email and social media were unsuccessful.

My son, Gabriel P., is currently in Amsterdam after traveling since August 1st. Unfortunately, his bag was not loaded onto the plane in Barcelona. It has an air tag inside and is now at the airport in Amsterdam. The airline is supposed to deliver it to his hostel, the Hans Brinker Hotel, but they have not done so yet.
