I need to verify if my flight has been canceled. I got conflicting information from Vueling regarding Reservation NFNE3J for flight VY1984 on 2 May. Originally, I had it booked for 1 May but rescheduled to avoid potential strikes. Despite receiving an email on 27 April stating the cancellation of VY1984, I was able to check in for the 2 May flight. I suspect the cancellation notice was for my initial 1 May reservation with the same flight number. Can you please confirm if the Lisbon to Paris flight on 2 May at 8:45 is still scheduled or if it has been canceled? Thank you. - Elisa Van Hees

Hello! I recently discovered that the flight times for my upcoming trip have been changed, causing inconvenience. I promptly canceled my booking GHP3QD through the app and requested a full refund. The process instructed me to expect an email with further details. However, my friends, who are also joining me on my 50th anniversary trip with booking code KGIJXJ, have already received the necessary emails and completed the required steps. Hello, I have a booking with Vueling through Iberia. The booking code for Vueling is SGUGHJ. My flight is from Seville to Barcelona on the 18th of May. I am looking to pay for a seat assignment and my luggage. I've been experiencing issues on the Vueling website where it says my email is invalid when I enter my booking number and email address. Hello, I recently made a reservation for a flight from Hamburg on May 1, [redacted], to Paris Orly with a return flight on May 5, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I received an email yesterday informing me that the May 1 flight was canceled due to the strike in Paris. Despite not selecting the date, your system automatically booked me for a flight on May 3, [redacted]. I have been trying to contact your customer service for the past three days with no success. As a result of these issues, I had to make alternative arrangements with another airline for my travel to Paris. I kindly request that you cancel my May 3 flight and provide a refund. I have a ticket booked through Iberia for a trip from Seville to SFO. The journey includes a flight from Seville (SVQ) to Barcelona on Vueling, followed by a direct flight from Barcelona to SFO on Iberia. All arrangements with Iberia, such as seat selection and baggage, are in place. The Vueling booking number provided by Iberia is SGUGHJ. However, upon entering this number on the Vueling website, I encountered an error stating my email was invalid, preventing me from proceeding. After contacting Iberia, they verified the Vueling booking number and ensured my email was correct in their system. Even though they updated my email information, I still faced the same issue on Vueling's site. The Iberia customer service representative advised contacting Vueling to verify my email address. I need to purchase a seat assignment and pay for baggage but am unable to do so at the moment.

On May 3rd, I was informed of the cancellation and offered an alternative flight to Barcelona on May 5th with a 4h40min layover, which was inconvenient and caused me to buy a last-minute expensive ticket with another airline. Hello, I made flight reservations for travel from Nice to Marrakech and back for my family of five for the dates of the 26th to the 30th. Our journey to Marrakech with EasyJet went smoothly. However, our return flight from Marrakech to Nice with Vueling had some issues. The flight from Marrakech to Barcelona was fine, but the connecting flight from Barcelona to Nice was canceled. Instead of an 1.5-hour flight, Vueling arranged for an 8-hour bus trip which is inconvenient for us. Furthermore, I was charged 2200MAD for baggage from Marrakech to Nice, but the baggage only made it as far as Barcelona. Vueling informed me that I am eligible for a refund for both the canceled flight and the baggage fees. I am seeking a refund for the inconveniences faced during my return journey. I have made two bookings for the same flight inadvertently due to your website crashing. The first booking is under the code DJG7KN, where the payment was not confirmed. Subsequently, I made another booking, with the code GK7S7K, after finding your flight on eDreams with a higher price. I made these bookings with the email [redacted] I am concerned about potential double charges for one flight and the increased price for the second booking.

My stepfather, David Keller, was supposed to be on a Vueling flight from Barcelona to Manchester yesterday but never arrived. He is in his 70s and had a stroke last year, affecting his mental capability and speech. Although he checked out of his hotel and was supposed to meet his companions at the airport, he never made it. We are concerned and have tried contacting the airport in Barcelona. We are unsure if he missed his flight and is scheduled on another one or if more serious actions need to be taken as he could potentially be missing. My flight from Mykonos Airport, Greece, to Rome Fiumicino Airport, Italy, was rescheduled by the airline. Upon missing my original flight with Iberia due to a tight layover, I was rebooked on a Vueling flight. Upon arrival at Madrid airport, I had to check in my baggage again with Vueling for my connecting flights to Barcelona (VY [redacted]) and then to Florence (VY [redacted]). Unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive, even after checking the baggage claim. I reported the missing luggage at the airport, but the staff did not provide me with a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) number. I provided them with my hotel address, as well as the address of the school I am attending in Florence, along with both my contact number and my father's.

I made an error in the last name of one of the passengers on my flight reservation TDG57S from Napoli to Madrid and back. I entered the name Francesco GORGA as GORGS by mistake. I've tried to correct it on the website to no avail and attempted to contact Iberia (although the ticket was purchased through Vueling). The correct name should be Francesco GORGA, not GORGS. I have also tried calling Vueling's customer service line, but waiting times have been very long. I hope you can assist me in correcting this orthographic mistake as your website states that such corrections are possible. Thank you.
