Yesterday, I reached out about an order shipped on April 18 that was supposed to be delivered to Dollar General. As of yesterday, the 23rd, I hadn't received it. According to FedEx, it had not been delivered to Dollar General. I was informed a duplicate order was made. Today, I checked with Dollar General and found they did have the package, so I picked it up. Now that I have the first shipment, I'm unsure what to do when the second one arrives.

I have been a loyal Vita Cost customer for many years now, and I have always been impressed by the quality, service, and prices. Thank you for that. I recently noticed that Vita Cost is now part of Poshmark. However, after placing an order, I had to spend five minutes deleting numerous emails from Poshmark. I have already requested to unsubscribe, but it seems like it will take up to two weeks to stop receiving their emails.
I appreciate Vita Cost's efforts to grow and expand, but please don't drive away your loyal customers by overwhelming them with unwanted emails. I really want to continue ordering from Vita Cost, as it has been my go-to website. If this issue persists with Poshmark, I may have to reconsider. I have praised Vita Cost to my Facebook friends, and I hope to continue doing so. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I received a large order yesterday. I processed it this morning, but some items were missing. I contacted Vitacost customer service about the issue. Later, my office informed me of another shipment. I assumed it was the missing items and hoped it was all I needed. I will only be able to check the second shipment tomorrow, as I am not in town. It would have been helpful to know about the second shipment in advance to save time and hassle.

I have been experiencing multiple issues with my orders from Vitacost. The first order placed in March timed out and got canceled. The second order in early April arrived damaged and was returned. A replacement was sent in late April in two shipments from North Carolina. The first shipment was quickly received while the second, tracked by FedEx with the tracking number [redacted]36, seems to be lost. At this point, I feel frustrated and am requesting a refund for my order number C[redacted]. Thank you.

I made a purchase on 5-26 and noticed that my bank account was charged twice, once for $[redacted].96 and the other for $[redacted].97. I only made one order, but my account shows two debits. Interestingly, the amounts charged differ by just 1 cent. I would appreciate confirmation that the overcharge will be refunded promptly. Thank you, C. Newsome, ending in [redacted].

I received an email stating that my auto-ship order ([redacted]10) was being processed. I tried to delay or skip it on their website but encountered an authorization issue. After emailing support about the problem, I was advised to clear my cache and cookies. Despite attempting to follow the suggestion, my shipment notification arrived two days later. I then requested my account be canceled, but I'm dubious about the outcome.
Upon re-accessing the website after removing cookies, I couldn't log in as my password failed. Following the password reset instructions yielded no email. Even after checking spam, no reset email was found.
I contacted support but was only allowed to submit a complaint after updating my browser, which seemed unreasonable for a technical issue submission. I proceeded nonetheless, though skeptical of a response. My aim was to cancel my account, not seek technical assistance.
I located a phone number (1-[redacted]) purportedly with 24/7 service. However, it only offered automated messages. Frustrated by the experience, especially as I prepare for a move, I am in the process of requesting the account cancellation again and will contact them during business hours to ensure its closure.
Considering my struggles, I do not recommend creating an account with vitacost.com.

I would like to report a charge that was made by Vita Cost on June 09, [redacted], amounting to $52.34 on our Discover card. We have received an unordered package from Vita Cost that remains unopened. I am requesting a full refund for the item if I can return it at your expense. Additionally, please ensure that we are removed from any subscription lists we may be on.
