Victoria's Secret Customer Service Issues

I recently purchased the Bombshell bra and had been happily using it for a year without any problems. However, when I tried to wear my new one a few weeks ago, the strap got ripped out and damaged after only one wear. I suspect it may have arrived like this, but unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt. I am incredibly disappointed as I cannot afford to purchase another one, and I'm not sure how to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently made an online order for panties with a 3 for 5 offer. When I added 10 to my cart, it split them into packs of 4 and 1. I reached out to a chat representative, Ma. Angeli, who initially said I would receive 16 panties for the deal but then claimed I was only getting 9. Despite paying for 10, she couldn't adjust the order. When I called customer service, it took 8 minutes for the representative to comprehend the issue. Frustrated, I asked to cancel the order, but it had been more than 30 minutes and they couldn't make changes or cancellations. I was advised to dispute the charges with my bank, but even PayPal couldn't assist in canceling the payment.

My husband got me some gifts from Victoria's Secret at UTC California in San Diego a year ago. Recently, I found that one of the underwear I hadn't worn for about 8 months is completely stretched out and too big, even though it should be a small size. I'm not sure why this happened as all my other items from Victoria's Secret have stayed in good shape. I would like to get a replacement for this stretched-out underwear. I can send a picture to show you how much it is misshapen.

I ordered Victoria's Secret Bare Vanilla Shimmer body mist, but my order was canceled after around 3 days. I tried contacting customer support several times, and they informed me that the package was replaced with a new one using an unfamiliar email address. I am unsure how to track my package or if the replacement was confirmed. I am concerned whether it will ever arrive. If it does not, I would like a refund but do not know how to proceed.
