After buying two Post Malone tickets for Sunday, October 6, [redacted], my email was hacked. The $[redacted].45 I spent on these tickets went to waste as I couldn't print them out due to the hacking incident. Sadly, I missed the concert because I couldn't access my tickets. Despite attempts to transfer the Viagogo tickets to my Ticketmaster account, I never received the necessary email from Ticketmaster. I kindly request a full refund for the tickets I purchased. Viagogo reached out to me to update my payment method on my Viagogo online account for the refund process. I changed my payment method to PayPal on October 1, [redacted], but I have not yet received my refund of AUD $[redacted].37 to my PayPal account. Unfortunately, the Metallica concerts in Australia have been cancelled. I received my ticket on Saturday, 5 October, and in order to request a refund, I needed to send it back by 7 October. However, 7 October was Labor Day in South Australia, and all post offices were closed. Since I only got the letter containing my ticket just before the post office closed on Saturday, I didn't have enough time to prepare a letter to send it back to Viagogo. Now, I haven't received any updates and I'm unable to contact Viagogo to explain my situation. I am hopeful that Viagogo will refund me for this ticket.

My Viagogo account is under the name "Joseph I. Koudsy" with the email [redacted]
I purchased two tickets through your application:
1. Under the name Joseph Misyade with a Passport number.
2. Under the name Elian Misyade with an ID number.
I received an e-ticket with a reference number for Joseph Misyade. However, for the second ticket, I was only provided a screenshot and text instructing me to pick it up at the "Passolig Center" at the stadium two hours before the event starts.
I arrived six hours early, bought two Passolig cards, and returned to collect my tickets. To my surprise, there was no reference number ([redacted]) for Joseph Misyade as instructed. The staff claimed there was no record of my purchase, causing me to feel scammed after spending so much on the tickets and Passolig cards.
For Elian Misyade, there were also issues retrieving the ticket with the ID number provided. I desperately need assistance. It's frustrating that such a large site lacks a customer service number for urgent matters like this with only 3 hours left until the event.

I listed two of the four tickets I purchased on Viagogo but due to a date change, my sister and her husband couldn't attend. I sent the tickets via FedEx as instructed, including the invoice and tracking number. Viagogo confirmed receipt and said I'd be refunded $[redacted] for the tickets and shipping costs. I have sold 4 general admission tickets for the U2 concert on November 22nd in 3 separate orders #[redacted]8, [redacted]4, and [redacted]9. Ticketek has not released the QR codes for the mobile tickets yet. I was informed that my orders were canceled, and I am facing seller charges. Despite contacting Viagogo multiple times explaining that I am waiting for Ticketek to provide the tickets and referring to the email from Viagogo stating that I wouldn't need the tickets until November 20th, the issue remains unresolved.

On April 5th, I purchased two tickets for the George Strait concert in Vegas scheduled for January 6th, [redacted]. I have yet to receive my Lewis Capaldi tickets, set to arrive no later than today, December 4th. Tracking via UPS shows no update since November 28th, indicating they are in transit. I purchased tickets for the Tyga show in Brixton for last night. However, I received an email on the same morning stating the event was canceled. There are a few issues that have arisen from this. First, as I am from Italy, I had to spend a significant amount on flights, which seems quite unfair considering the cancellation.
