On December 27, [redacted], tickets were purchased for "Andre Rieu op het Vrijthof" at Viagogo for [redacted].47 Euros. Initially confirmed, these tickets were rescheduled due to Covid-19 for [redacted] and [redacted]. A recent confirmation on May 18 stated that the event will occur on July 14, [redacted]. However, an email received on August 10 indicated the tickets are no longer valid. Clarification is needed to determine if these pricey tickets are indeed valid before traveling to Maastricht. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is in response to an email sent on January 6, [redacted]. I bought 2 tickets for VanGogh Alive at Biltmore, North Carolina on 12/31/[redacted]. The tickets received did not have my name on them, causing issues at the gates. Biltmore didn't recognize the tickets, rendering them unusable without additional house admission. As a result, I had to purchase 2 more tickets directly from Biltmore, which included house admission. The original purchase cost from viagogo was $[redacted].18 without house admission, while Biltmore tickets were approximately $[redacted].00 with house admission. This seems unfair, and I am seeking a refund from viagogo for the duplicate purchase. I have already contacted my credit card company to report this as potential fraud.

Hello, I purchased tickets for the Roma Lazio match on Viagogo. The seller did not clarify the seating but only mentioned Distinti. I was assured that the seats were correct (Distinti Roma) by looking at the view in the photo and the request to input the fan card necessary for the visiting team (Lazio) which I didn't have or need. Given that this is a derby event with underlying racial concerns, it's important to specify the seating area accurately. I checked with the seller using these criteria, which were not met. Therefore, I would like a refund as this has affected the gift I had prepared for my boyfriend, as we are not even from Rome and had to book a hotel. Regards, F.M.

It's a shame... I feel like crying. I was so excited because my boyfriend bought tickets to see Dua Lipa as a gift for summer [redacted]. The concert was supposed to be on June 1, [redacted], in Barcelona. However, on March 18, they sent an email stating the concert has been postponed, which is a lie. On top of that, they charged double the price ([redacted] euros for standing when it should be around 40 or 50). They don't answer the phone, probably because it doesn't even exist. They claim they can't assist customers until 48 hours before the concert. It's disgraceful how fraudulent they can be. They have scammed millions of people, and they even copied the logo of El Corte Inglés on the tickets to seem "trustworthy." I don't understand why they haven't shut down that "company" with so many complaints. It's outrageous!!!

On June 4, [redacted], I bought concert tickets on Viagogo. However, upon receiving the email from the company, I noticed that the tickets were missing, and there was no information about my seating details. After some research, I found out that Viagogo is associated with selling counterfeit tickets, which made me apprehensive. I prefer not to take any risks and would like a full refund.
Unfortunately, the company does not have a reliable contact number. When attempting to reach out by phone, the automated system directs customers to email them instead. The responses I receive are automated and repetitive, not addressing my concerns adequately.
This is my first time dealing with a refund issue, and I am uncertain about the steps to take. The payment for the tickets is still pending in my account.

I have not received my tickets for today's event on Thursday, 7/4/22. I contacted Viagogo through calls and messages to have the tickets reissued. Despite them claiming the seller Ticketmaster sent the tickets, I provided evidence twice showing I had not received them. Viagogo promised to reschedule my tickets for another night or refund me fully. The event has passed, and now they say no refund is due. I've been assured multiple times I would receive my tickets. This experience has been very disappointing, especially considering the tough times my family has faced recently due to COVID. I spent nearly $[redacted] on 4 tickets. They are now avoiding my questions and I just want the refund I am owed. It seems like this is a common issue based on their reviews and something needs to change.

Dear Sir,
On the 7th of April, I received an email regarding Ref. It stated that I would receive my tickets by the 16th of April [redacted]. I was assured they would arrive before my departure to London on the 21st of April. Therefore, I didn't provide my hotel address.
On the 12th of April, another email mentioned that my tickets would be delivered by UPS with a tracking number by the 20th of April [redacted], which is 4 days later.
Upon tracking with UPS, it shows an estimated delivery on the 20th of April [redacted] between 11:00 and 15:00 LT.
I paid €[redacted] for these tickets, and due to the pandemic, I suffered losses with flight and hotel bookings. Even though the tickets were sent on the 12th of April, I am concerned they might not arrive on time as promised.
Please ensure the timely delivery of my tickets. Any delay could result in a total loss of around €[redacted].

Approximately two years ago, specifically on March 1, [redacted], I purchased Rock im Park festival tickets. Originally, I was informed that the physical tickets would be dispatched no later than three days prior to the festival date. Due to rescheduling, the event was moved to June 3-6, [redacted]. However, I have yet to receive the tickets. In attempts to resale through viagogo's provided link, each time I list the tickets, they remain unsold with no further explanation. Despite the indication that the tickets will be dispatched on May 18, I am unsure whether to wait for their arrival before exploring other resale options or if viagogo can facilitate a direct resale.

I am writing to address an issue with my recent ticket purchase. I ordered 4 tickets for a show that was supposedly suspended according to your website; however, the show was not suspended. I have received 2 tickets for the Arena di Verona show on June 32, [redacted], for the IL VOLO concert. The seats are in Gradinata Numerata, row 34, seats 38 and 39. I have also put 2 tickets up for sale, but I have not received any information or the tickets for the sale order. I am unsure how to proceed with sending tickets for sale that I have not even received. Hello, my name is Tina Hoangová. I had purchased front row tickets for a concert four months in advance. Two days before the event, I was informed that the tickets were unavailable and given lesser options. Dissatisfied, I requested either front row tickets or a refund as promised in case of such issues. Despite front row tickets being available on their website on the concert day, the company refused to provide them, asking me to wait for updates from the original seller. I made several costly calls trying to resolve the matter, but each time, a new representative provided conflicting information. Despite promises of investigation and follow-up, no progress has been made. I have expressed my frustration with their lack of responsiveness and insisted on a prompt full refund. Hi, I wanted to share my recent experience. I placed an order and my order number is [redacted]60. I purchased two floor tickets for Harry Styles' one-night-only concert on Sunday, May 15. Unfortunately, upon receiving the tickets the next day, it was evident that they were fake. The seller sent them to me as QR codes. I contacted a representative who mentioned that since the seller sent QR codes, the tickets should still be valid. However, to prevent any embarrassment at the arena gate, I am requesting a refund as the tickets seem counterfeit. The tickets have a fake Ticketmaster order number, which was confirmed when I contacted Ticketmaster and the QR code directs me to Harry Styles' Google page, indicating it is also falsified. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the refund.

Na veel moeite om contact op te nemen en uiteindelijk een telefoontje uit Londen van Viagogo te ontvangen, kreeg ik te horen dat ik heb gekregen waarvoor ik had betaald. Echter, mijn ervaring is anders en ik heb hulp gezocht bij een jurist die verwees naar wetsartikel 7:17 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek over non-conformiteit. Ik voel dat ik niet heb gekregen wat ik heb betaald en ik wil graag het prijsverschil terug. Ik heb alle bewijsstukken van mijn aankoop en ben teleurgesteld in de geboden oplossing door Viagogo en Ticketmaster.

I bought tickets to see Andrea Bocelli back in November [redacted] through Viagogo. Unfortunately, the tickets turned out to be fake as they were already used when we got to the venue. We had to buy new seats directly. Viagogo refunded the money and gave me a 96 Euro voucher for the price difference. Due to COVID-19, we couldn't attend any concerts, so I tried to extend the voucher. I've contacted Viagogo multiple times via phone, chat, and email, but despite promises from various representatives, nothing has been resolved. Each time I'm told it will be escalated and solved, but months have gone by and nothing has happened.

I purchased 4 tickets for the Ligabue concert on 06/04/[redacted] in Reggio Emilia, and they have not arrived yet. I filed a complaint on 05/19/[redacted], and they contacted me shortly after, assuring me they would send the tickets immediately. It has been a week, and I have not heard from them, nor have I received an email from the courier stating the tickets have been shipped. I would like to be contacted promptly because the concert is just a week away, and I am tired of this situation. If the tickets do not arrive and I am not refunded, I will take legal action.

I bought tickets for Frozen the musical at QPAC from Viagogo, scheduled for March 3, [redacted], which was postponed due to flooding. Despite Viagogo's promise to provide new tickets once available, the show resumed, and I reached out multiple times for updates, receiving generic responses assuring me they were handling it. As the show approached its end on May 8th, I continued contacting them without a satisfactory response. I am experiencing issues with viagogo. I selected the "print shipping label" option which resulted in an error. Subsequently, the options in my sales section disappeared, and I have been unable to resolve this problem despite contacting viagogo multiple times. Their responses have been generic and unhelpful, stating that they are looking into the matter. It appears that the buyer has not provided their address, hindering the label generation process. With the event approaching, I am concerned about not being able to sell my tickets in time. I wonder if I will still receive payment if the address problem persists.
