We were expecting a show at Limelites in Nashville, but it was in Vegas instead with a sign outside promoting the Australia Thunder from Down Under. The website didn't indicate the Vegas location, which led to confusion as there was no show in Nashville on the 13th. The club's sign listed the show from July 12th to the 21st. I was assured a refund due to the mix-up, but I have yet to receive an email or call about it. I am unable to reach vegas.com by phone now. On May 27, I received an email from Vegas.com confirming the cancellation of my booking at The STRAT Hotel, Casino and Skypod in Las Vegas, NV. The cancellation included details of the refund amount and processing. However, Paypal has not received the payment as of yet. I am hoping to receive the refund soon. Thank you.
