I recently experienced a loss in my immediate family, and as a result, I had to miss a significant amount of work to travel. I contacted customer service and was informed that February 8th was the latest possible date for payment. Unfortunately, I have been without hot water for three weeks now due to a delayed water heater installation coinciding with my personal situation. I fully intended to make the payment tomorrow on my payday after working overtime to meet the deadline. However, I was surprised to find out that my service has been shut off despite my commitment to pay in the morning. I urgently need my service restored, especially with a child and freezing temperatures tonight. I am extremely stressed and in need of immediate assistance.

Hello, my name is Koree, and I have some questions. I received a disconnection notice, and today is the designated shut-off day. However, I read that the disconnection notice should be sent 14 days before the shut-off date. It has only been 9 days since I received the notice. Could my service be disconnected today, even though it has not been 14 days since I received the notice?
