I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by Vantiv: Initially, I had requested the account to be closed in March [redacted] due to my bank's provider change. Surprisingly, it was not closed, resulting in unjust charges of almost $2,[redacted] so far, for services that were not utilized. Upon discovering this in January, I contacted Vantiv to cancel the services. I spoke with Lori (case [redacted]4) and found it challenging to communicate with her. Moreover, I was unaware of the $[redacted] termination fee. The original terms stated no fees for terminals, minimum fees, or service termination. The $[redacted] charge and unclear monthly fees appear unjustifiable. My merchant number is [redacted]07.

I have a merchant account with Vantiv for my businesses, FarmHouse Cafe and FarmHouse on the Lake. I requested to close the FarmHouse on the Lake account in September [redacted] due to the closure of that location. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out, the account is still active, and I am being charged over $[redacted] monthly. I am seeking assistance in closing this account promptly and obtaining a refund for the erroneous charges totaling $[redacted].42 for the past 13 months. These charges are a burden amidst the challenges brought by COVID-19. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. Thank you, Brian Koerselman

I'm having trouble processing Vantiv payments using my Caterease software. Whenever I try to run a card, the system freezes briefly. After it unfreezes, I don't receive any confirmation if the charge went through or was declined. Furthermore, I've also encountered an issue where I can't input a credit card for a customer's account to process at a later date. I'm requesting assistance to resolve these system issues and would appreciate an estimated timeline for when these functions will be operational again. A quick response would be greatly appreciated.

In March [redacted], Gulf Credit Union encountered issues with their cash advance terminals, affecting Merchant # 5[redacted]-[redacted]. The credit union approved cash advances totaling $4,[redacted].91, each with its own approval code. However, the deposits were not received at Corporate America Credit Union as usual. After speaking with FIS Global, which now manages Vantiv accounts, they recommended reaching out to F.D.R. for assistance. Linda Kiker Rials, Chief Financial Officer, has documentation for each transaction and is seeking help with resolving this matter.
