My experience at Valero on Dixie Highway and N.E. 144th St. left me deeply upset. When my husband and I approached the store counter, the clerk mistook him for a customer in line and reacted aggressively, hurling derogatory slurs. Despite explaining the misunderstanding, the clerk continued to be rude and lacked basic customer service skills. This behavior is unacceptable, especially considering my husband's age and sexual orientation, which should not be a factor in how one is treated as a customer. The incident took place between 1:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on September 12, [redacted]. I am disheartened by this experience and considering seeking legal advice and involving the media. It's important for Valero to address this matter promptly.

I am a frequent customer at the Valero on 108th and Hwy9 in Norman, Oklahoma. Yesterday, I spent $72 at the store, which included purchasing three pizzas. Unfortunately, my pizza was made incorrectly. Despite my attempts to contact Valero by phone, I was unable to reach anyone due to a tragic accident causing road closures. Frustrated, I had to drive out of my way to return to Valero the next day. My pizza order was meant to be a thin crust with pepperoni, extra bacon, extra cheese, mushrooms, and banana peppers. However, the pizza I received had sausage instead of bacon, which I cannot eat. When I brought this up to the employee named Mary, she was unhelpful and directed me to speak with the manager. Neither Mary nor the cashier could provide me with information on when the manager would be present. I have kept the pizza to show the mistake to the manager whenever they are available, as requested by the staff.

I visit the Valero gas station at [redacted] Powell Valley Rd, Big Stone Gap, VA [redacted] daily. Unfortunately, I have encountered an issue with a female night shift employee on weekends. She consistently refuses to sell alcohol to customers, including myself, between 11pm on Saturdays and 2am on Sundays. This is frustrating as the state law permits sales from 6am to 2am every day. The employee's behavior is unacceptable, as she not only denies the sale but also seems to find it amusing when rejecting customers like me who try to purchase alcohol at midnight on Sundays.
