I received the Vtech baby monitor as a gift for my baby registry. I chose it from many options. Unfortunately, after bringing my baby home, the charger stopped working for the parent unit. Dealing with this issue has been difficult, especially while coping with postpartum. I usually handle problems promptly, but this time I couldn't. I have been a satisfied Vtech customer for years, purchasing several products. This is the first time I've had a problem with one of their products, specifically the VM346-VTech 4.3 in LCD baby monitor. I have already emailed VTech once and this is my second attempt to reach out. I hope for a quick response.

I bought a VTech baby monitor from Target on Thanksgiving Day for my nephew's new baby. It was not used until March '18, and after just four months, it has stopped working. I discovered online that many others have had the same issue with this product. The monitor won't charge, and an error message about the CPPU not connecting appears. Target won't refund it since it's been over 90 days, and the 2-year warranty extension doesn't start until a year after purchase. My nephew now needs a replacement quickly, and I'd like a refund for the unused warranty. Can you advise on the quickest way to get the replacement and handle the warranty reimbursement?

I bought a VTech baby monitor as a gift for my nephew's upcoming baby in November from Target. The monitor was only used starting in March, and now, after less than six months, it has stopped working. Research online revealed that this is a common issue with this product, specifically involving a CPPU connection error preventing charging. Despite having purchased a one-year warranty extension, which doesn't start until a year after the purchase, Target won't issue a refund after ** days. My nephew urgently needs a replacement for the non-functioning monitor. I am seeking guidance on how to quickly obtain a replacement and also to be reimbursed for the warranty that is now useless for this malfunctioning system.

I recently returned two telephones and received a call from a person named Nancy, instructing me to return the phones to Walmart, which is incorrect. When I initially purchased the phone with a 2-year RPL Plan, I was told to contact your company for any issues. After experiencing volume problems with the replacement phones sent by your company, and due to illness, I had delays in returning them. Nancy left a message with a number, but I couldn't get through to a person when I called multiple times today. I made it clear during previous conversations that I might escalate the issue if not resolved promptly. I also included a warranty document from VTech, indicating the last phone received had a one-year warranty. I insist on speaking directly with someone regarding the refund instead of communication via email. Please have a representative contact me at [redacted] to confirm the payment refund process. Thank you for your assistance.

I have concerns about the lack of sensitivity towards non-Christian individuals by this company. I purchased a V Tech Touch & Learn Activity Desk along with multiple expansion packs, one of which contains content related to the biblical story of "Noah's Ark" under the category "Animals, Bugs, and Critters". As a consumer of diverse religious backgrounds, including Atheists, Agnostics, and Muslims, I find the inclusion of a specific Christian tale inappropriate for a general learning product aimed at children. Despite the cost of the activity table and expansion packs, I am disappointed with the lack of consideration for the varied beliefs of the consumers.

In [redacted], I purchased the vtech baby monitor (vm-[redacted]) with two cameras and it worked well. In [redacted], the parent unit stopped functioning, so I got a new (vm-[redacted]) with one camera, giving me a total of three cameras for my preschool. Unfortunately, after a few months, the parent unit stopped working again. I tried buying a new charging cord, thinking that might solve the issue, to no avail. Recently, I bought another (vm-[redacted]) with two cameras, hoping to link all three cameras together. Despite trying diligently with my husband, we couldn't link any of the old (vm-[redacted]) cameras. The new cameras work fine, but the old ones won't connect. We pressed the pair button until it beeped, but each time it failed to pair. Can someone please advise me on what to do next?

I am experiencing continuous frustration with my current phone model. Whenever I attempt to place a call, the display shows "Line in use," rendering the phone unusable for minutes after each call. The model I am using is CS [redacted]-3. I urgently need a working phone and am greatly dissatisfied with this particular model. I am seeking a replacement that does not exhibit this recurring issue of displaying "Line in use" after calls. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I recently received a phone message claiming that VTech was going to charge me $[redacted] for a security issue and to cancel, I should contact them within 48 hours at [redacted]. The caller identified himself as David Williams. This seems like a new scam using your company's name. I'd appreciate if you could look into this matter promptly. If this is how VTech operates, please let me know. Looking forward to your response at [redacted]. Thank you.

I need assistance reaching out to VTech regarding a call I received from David Williams concerning a $[redacted].00 security service charge. He advised me to call [redacted] to cancel within 48 hours. This seems suspicious and likely a scam, as I don't believe VTech operates in this manner. I urge you to investigate this matter, report it to the relevant department, and update me on the outcome. If VTech actually contacts customers in this way, please clarify, as I have no affiliation with VTech Security.

We recently received a VTech baby monitor as a gift, specifically the pan & tilt model [redacted]. However, we are facing an issue where the parent screen never turns off, causing the battery to die in the middle of the night. Despite checking the settings and ensuring it is not on the highest sensitivity, we cannot figure out the problem. Unfortunately, we no longer have the box to return it, so we are seeking a solution to avoid the monitor shutting off unexpectedly, leaving us unaware if our baby is crying. As new parents, this situation is causing us a lot of anxiety. We appreciate any assistance to resolve this problem and continue using the monitor effectively.
Thank you for your help.

I am having trouble with my phone's voicemail feature. Despite the incoming messages being saved, the machine won't play them back. I contacted support and was advised to unplug and plug back the power cord, which did not resolve the issue. I still have the original packaging and manual but have misplaced the purchase receipt. What steps do I need to take to exchange this malfunctioning phone for a functional one?

I purchased a Vtech baby monitor (Vtech VM991 Safe and Sound expandable HD Video baby monitor) less than a year ago. Unfortunately, both the camera and the parent unit have stopped working. The camera was mounted and never moved, and I took good care of the parent unit. I am disappointed as I spent over $[redacted] on a monitor that was supposed to be excellent. At first, the battery would die quickly, but I could manage. Now, it has completely stopped working. This is unfortunate as my daughter is only a year old, and I have no way to hear or see her. If I received a defective monitor, that's unfortunate. At this point, I cannot recommend this monitor to anyone, and it makes me very sad.

I bought a Vtech 2 handset cordless digital answering system model number CS5129-26 and I’m experiencing a problem. Callers can hear my recorded message, but they cannot leave a message. I have reviewed the manual multiple times, but it does not mention this issue. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps such as setting the ringer to 2 rings, ensuring the answering machine is on, and unplugging and plugging it back in. The situation is really frustrating for me.

My Mac is turned on and the handset shows "no line," refusing to accept any input despite a fully charged battery and a working jack. I've reset the system, registered the phone, and confirmed that the 'in use' light illuminates when the phone is on. The 'find handset' function is operational, but a zero continues to flash, which isn't mentioned in the manual. The connection between the handset and base seems faulty on my CS6829 model with serial number A[redacted].

I recently set up a Vtech landline phone, which took over an hour due to difficult plug placements. Now, I am receiving a message to check my AC power. Although the phone rang once, there was no sound when I answered. I can get a dial tone when I pick up the receiver, but I've been unsuccessful in accessing the menu to set the date and time. The phone has also not prompted me to set the time and date. I find the setup process challenging compared to my previous AT&T phone, which was ready within minutes. The reason I chose Vtech was for the corded handset. Despite having a positive experience with a Vtech handset in the past, I am now considering returning this phone. As a senior citizen, the difficulty in setting up a simple corded phone is causing unnecessary stress.

I am experiencing difficulties setting up my new phone. I am unable to set up the date, time, and answering functions and am getting a message to check my AC power, even though the outlet works. I am unsure why I am receiving this message and am unable to use the phone properly. The phone rang but I couldn't communicate with the person on the other end. I have checked all the connections and they seem to be correct. I am wondering if there is a delay in the phone activation process or if the handset needs more time to charge. I have been trying to set up the phone for almost 2 hours now and considering returning it because the process has been more complicated than expected. My previous Vtech phone was much easier to set up years ago.

In May, I purchased 6 Vtech handsets from Walmart. Unfortunately, one of the handsets was defective upon arrival, and attempts to contact the marketplace seller were unsuccessful. Opting not to return the item, I managed with 5 handsets, only to encounter issues over time. Problems included handsets not ringing, poor sound quality during calls where my voice sounded muffled, and messages not registering. Feeling frustrated with 6 malfunctioning devices, I endeavored to return them at my local Walmart when it was safe to do so due to the pandemic. Despite my efforts over several days via phone and email, I missed the 30-day return period. This experience contrasts with my past satisfaction with Vtech phones.

I am in need of assistance with activating my warranty policy for a Vtech phone that I recently purchased. I initially bought a phone without an answering machine and added an extra warranty. However, I later exchanged it for a different Vtech phone with an answering machine. As I haven't activated the warranty on the first phone, I would like to know if I can transfer it to my new device. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a phone number to contact for help with activating the warranty. Could you please provide me with the necessary steps to activate my policy before it becomes impossible to do so?

I recently purchased a Vmai S5 2.0ch Soundbar on Monday from Amazon. I am having trouble setting it up as it only plays sound through my Amazon tablet and not my TV. Despite following YouTube tutorials for assistance and disconnecting the Samsung TV speaker, I am still unable to get sound from the soundbar when watching TV. I have a Samsung smart TV and connected the soundbar via Bluetooth. I am not very tech-savvy and am struggling to troubleshoot this issue. If anyone has any advice or solutions, please help me. If not, I may need to return it to Amazon.
