On Saturday, February 16th, I purchased a two-park pass but only managed to visit one park. The wait time for the Skull Island attraction was supposed to be 45 minutes but ended up being nearly 2 hours. While in line, we encountered a couple and their unruly child who continuously touched and grabbed at my friend and me. The child's behavior became disruptive, with the guardian even falling asleep at points. Despite our attempts to address the issue politely, the situation did not improve. By the time we reached the ride, 2 hours had passed, and we decided to skip it. It was already 7:30 pm, and we hadn't eaten or explored other parts of the park. I believe I missed out on the full experience and would like a refund for the two-park pass admission. The incident at the attraction left me feeling upset, and I ultimately decided to leave the park.

I recently visited Universal Hollywood for the first time with my family. We arrived at 2:15 and were surprised to have to pay the full parking fee. Upon reaching the gate, we learned the park was closing at 6, yet we still had to pay the full entrance fee. Despite my daughter being a California student, the ticket agent said activating an online discount would take too long, so we paid full price. We made the most of our time by doing the studio tour and rushing between rides, utilizing the single rider lines where possible. Unfortunately, some of the best rides were closed. With each ride costing us around $50 based on what we managed to fit in, I felt disheartened after spending over $[redacted] for just a few hours of enjoyment. As someone who saved up to visit, working in a school union, I was let down by the experience.

During a recent outing with my child, I unexpectedly got my period and was unable to locate any sanitary napkins in the restrooms I visited. After searching, I saw a sign indicating they might be available at Kwicky Mart or near the entrance. Unfortunately, there were no sanitary napkins at Kwicky Mart, only tampons which I cannot use. Despite my discomfort and worry of staining my clothes, I was unable to find any elsewhere. Additionally, our meal at Mel's Diner was disappointing as my sandwich was soggy and messy, causing nausea, and my child's cheeseburger was dry and made her feel sick.

During a recent visit to the park with my child, I unexpectedly got my period and couldn't find any sanitary napkins in the restrooms. After searching in three different restrooms, I finally saw a sign stating that I could find some at the Kwicky Mart or by the entrance. Unfortunately, there were no sanitary napkins at the Kwicky Mart, only tampons which I couldn't use. I felt uncomfortable and worried as I walked around hoping to find what I needed. Additionally, the meal we had at Mel's Diner was disappointing as the sandwich was soggy and messy, leaving me feeling nauseous, and my child's cheeseburger was overly dry. It was an uncomfortable experience having to ask male employees for help. Ultimately, unable to find proper sanitary products and feeling uneasy, I decided to leave the park instead of staying until closing time.

During my recent visit with my child, I unexpectedly got my period and couldn't find any sanitary napkins in the third restroom I checked. After seeing a sign mentioning I could find them at the kwik mart or by the entrance, I visited the mart but didn't locate any. A female employee mentioned they only had tampons, which I couldn't use. Despite walking around and hoping to find a solution, I faced a distressing situation trying not to stain my clothes. Additionally, the meal we had at Mel's Diner left me feeling nauseous, and my child's cheeseburger was dry. Uncomfortable with the situation, I left the park early. I am requesting a refund for the Silver passes I bought and also have a concern about the payment process, as I intended to make payments but was charged the full amount for both passes at the front window.

I searched for a Studio tour but ended up buying theme park tickets from your website. I didn't intend to purchase the theme park tickets and would like to cancel this booking, which was made less than 5 minutes ago. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an option to reverse the transaction on your website. Please cancel the theme park tickets and provide confirmation. I will dispute any credit card charges if necessary. It was also challenging to find a way to contact your customer service. Order Confirmation: Thank you for your Universal Studios Hollywood™ order! We bought tickets and collected them at the gate, with no information about bag size regulations provided. Upon entry, a staff member was rude when I accidentally handed my daughter's ticket to my husband. We stood in line for over 75 minutes only to be told at the entrance to store our bag in a locker. Despite trying to comply, the bag was too big for the locker, and we were instructed to swap bags, meaning we would have to wait in line twice with our party of three. No prior notice was given about bag sizes, and there was no assistance to address the issue. This day has not been worth the over $[redacted] spent, as we couldn't enjoy most of the attractions. After only one ride, we feel utterly disappointed and dissatisfied, as the experience did not meet our expectations. We demand a refund as we are leaving without having experienced anything worthwhile.

We collected our tickets at the front gate without receiving any information about bag sizing regulations. Upon entering the park, I accidentally handed my husband my daughter's ticket, leading to an unpleasant encounter with a staff member for a simple mistake. The most frustrating part of our experience was waiting in line for 75 minutes only to be instructed to store our bag in a locker. Despite trying to comply, our bag was too large for the locker, and the solution given was inconvenient, requiring us to wait in line again for bag swap. There was no prior indication about bag size restrictions, and no assistance was provided to help rectify the situation. Considering the high cost of over $[redacted], this day has not been worth it. We have only been able to go on one ride, the Hogwarts Express, which mainly serves as transportation between parks. This lack of access to attractions is unacceptable and has left us extremely disappointed. We are requesting a refund as we are leaving without having enjoyed any of the main experiences.

My decision to take my boyfriend to Universal for our anniversary turned out to be a huge disappointment. As die-hard Harry Potter fans, we were excited for our first vacation together. Despite paying $[redacted] for 2 one-day 2-park passes, our day was filled with frustration. Long wait times, high prices for express passes, a broken ride, and rude staff made our experience unpleasant. Even with the express pass, we still faced long wait lines. The closure of my favorite ride and a disappointing meal added to my disappointment. Feeling sick and embarrassed, we decided to leave early. The $[redacted]+ we spent felt like a waste, and I would like a refund to potentially salvage our ruined anniversary celebration.

I had planned a surprise trip to Universal Studios Orlando for my friend Priscilla, who was returning from abroad on 06/14. Unfortunately, her flight got delayed, and I now can't go due to no one available to look after my baby. My husband, Israel Ovalle, purchased two one-day tickets for Universal Studios Hollywood (not Orlando) with confirmation number [redacted]3USH[redacted]4. I'm hoping for a refund as we won't be able to use the tickets at all. Thank you.

I had intended to surprise a friend by taking her to Universal Studios on Saturday, June 15. Sadly, her flight was delayed, and I cannot go because I need to care for my baby. I cannot use the tickets and need a refund. The tickets were purchased by my husband, Israel Ovalle, using the credit card ending in [redacted]. The confirmation number is [redacted]3USH[redacted]4. The park is in Los Angeles, California, while we are in Orlando.

Upon our arrival at Universal Studios Island of Adventure around 3pm, we headed straight to the Hulk ride. Unfortunately, the ride was closed due to lightning in the area even though it was sunny. After waiting for 45 minutes, a worker suggested we move to an indoor ride as the Hulk might not reopen soon. We switched to the King Kong ride with an 80-minute wait time. However, after waiting for [redacted] minutes, there was a sudden "brief" delay that extended longer. Due to growing frustration and a forecast of [redacted]% rain later, we decided to leave the park. Despite spending $[redacted] on tickets, our visit turned into a disappointing experience with no rides.

I purchased tickets for July 12th and 13th, only to discover that they have blackout dates from July 1st to July 31st. This is disappointing as I planned a special trip with my family and spent $1,[redacted] on tickets. I am eager to take my children and would appreciate your assistance in either receiving a refund or transferring the tickets to ones we can use on July 12th and 13th. Rebuying tickets is not financially feasible for me as I am a High School teacher supporting a family of five. We will be staying at the Hard Rock. Your help in swapping these tickets would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Two months ago, we obtained a quote of $[redacted] per ticket for a group of 10 or more. However, when we called today to buy 12 tickets, we were charged nearly $20 more than the original quote and accidentally ended up purchasing 13 tickets. When we tried to rectify the situation, the customer service was extremely poor. They did not refund us for the extra ticket, and we would appreciate them refunding it back to us. We kindly request that they honor the initial price we were quoted as we are a church youth group that has been planning this trip based on that cost estimate. The customer service representative we spoke to during the second call was unhelpful and did not allow us to explain our situation.

Ticket Refund Query Hello, my name is Hyeona Seo, and I am reaching out with regards to a ticket refund inquiry. Last week, my friends and I traveled from Korea to visit Universal Studios Hollywood for the first time. We had eagerly purchased 1-Day General Admission Tickets online a month ago and had meticulously planned our visit. Unfortunately, one of my friends was diagnosed with pneumonia and is currently receiving treatment in the ICU at Good Samaritan Hospital. This unforeseen circumstance has disrupted our plans as we prioritize his health and well-being. I understand that the ticket policy typically states they are non-refundable. Given the extenuating circumstances we are facing, is there any possibility of receiving a partial refund, such as 50%? Our trip budget has been significantly impacted, and we would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide in this matter.

We planned our entire vacation around visiting Universal Studios with our family who are huge movie fans, especially of Jurassic Park and Harry Potter. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find the Jurassic Park ride closed. Despite hoping it would reopen shortly, we encountered more closures throughout the day, including the Kung Fu Panda ride and parts of the studio tour. The lack of information and improvisation during the tour was unsatisfactory. Even the ride "The Mummy" was closed upon our return, leaving many of the main attractions unavailable. Despite purchasing Fast Passes, we couldn't utilize them due to the closures and had to leave the park early feeling let down and missing out on experiences like the Dark Arts show. This was a significant expense for us, and we are seeking guidance on requesting a refund from Universal for the disrupted day.

During my cousin's graduation trip to the park with my little brother, we encountered disrespectful and condescending employees right from the start. The single rider lines were all closed in the Lower lot, and many rides had long queues or were shut down. Despite being told the single rider line would open soon at Transformers, we were rudely turned away by an employee, stating we needed to wait elsewhere despite it about to open. This treatment was unexpected after spending over $[redacted] on the trip. This disappointing experience was my second visit to this park and will definitely be my last. It's disheartening that a company like Universal Studios doesn't prioritize guest experience and professionalism among its staff. Fortunately, there was one bright spot - a friendly character host who briefly cheered us up before the negative encounters with other employees.

Hello, I purchased a Universal Studios ticket for my nephew who visited from Canada for $[redacted] last Saturday. We took him on Sunday, along with my family (5 of us) and my husband, as we all have season passes. Unfortunately, the day turned out to be disappointing as there were technical problems on four rides that I personally experienced. After waiting for the new Jaws ride, we were told it was closed. The Minion ride also had technical faults around 8 o'clock, leaving us waiting for 20 minutes before it was unresolved. The same issue occurred with the Transformers ride. We were only able to enjoy the studio tour amidst the long lines due to these problems. The heat and frustration added to the disappointment. I believe I deserve a refund for the troubled trip. I attempted to contact your call center, but live agents were inaccessible. I appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter. Thank you in advance.

We purchased a one-day Universal Express Pass for two people for our upcoming California vacation next month. We are from the UK and had booked with Thomas Cook, which has ceased operations. Due to the skyrocketing flight prices, we had to cancel our trip. After reaching out to Universal Studios Hollywood through their online form, we received a generic email stating that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any suggestions on how to proceed in order to secure a refund for the tickets?
