I recently received a catalog and noticed there was no order form included. I tried to find one on your website following the directions in the catalog but was unsuccessful. After multiple attempts to contact you, I finally stumbled upon an email address. If order forms will not be included in future catalogs, please remove me from your mailing list as I will not be needing any more catalogs.

As an employee at Advent Health Daytona Beach, I tried on the scrubs when your representatives visited. Initially, everything fit well, so I ordered based on that; however, when my order arrived, the shirts were extremely tight around the chest and waist. Despite not gaining any weight, in fact, I lost some. Upon discussing with other staff, it seems many are experiencing the same issue. Numerous colleagues have complained to management about tight uniforms after trying them on. I chose to reach out directly to address this matter. The tops are uncomfortably tight around my chest, even flattening it out. I am dissatisfied and hoping for a resolution to ensure my uniforms fit properly.

Hello, this is Soraya Pejko. I made a purchase on 11/17/20 with order number [redacted]6. I received the items, but unfortunately, the tops I ordered were too big. I returned them for an exchange to size M, but I have not received any notification about the status of this exchange. The items in question are H198ssE and VA658c. Hello, I have a few items to return, but the Amex card we used last month has been replaced due to fraud. The new card needs to be credited for the returns I am sending back. Could you please advise if the credit should be issued through a check or applied to the new card? I processed two returns online and will be mailing one manually. I recently purchased a couple of burgundy uniforms within the last 2 months. Unfortunately, they already look years older with lots of lint balls and significant color fading. Even though they were bought as a matching set, the fading makes them appear mismatched when worn together. I find it necessary to wear a jacket with my bottom scrubs to disguise the noticeable difference. I meticulously hand wash them in cold water and always air dry, but the fabric doesn't seem to hold up well and lacks the quality expected for the price paid. I would like to replace the sets of scrubs I have purchased with ones made of better quality and more durability. Thank you.
