I was contacted through Facebook about applying for a stimulus for my business, but when the bank asked for my business name, I explained that I don't have one as I am known by my name on social media. I started my hair business in [redacted] and my cleaning service business in [redacted]. I have a total of 10 employees between the two businesses. Each business earns me between $20,[redacted] to $30,[redacted] yearly. I invested $10,[redacted] to start both businesses, $5,[redacted] for each. My business is not registered, and I do all transactions through Chime and Cash App. Although I was told a checking account was required, I only have a personal account. I need the bank to unlock my account as I have personal funds and family expenses tied to it. BB&T is holding my account until they receive confirmation from the SBA Administration.

On September 21, [redacted], I received an invoice in the mail from Saucier Poultry, Loan No. [redacted], stating a balance of $9,[redacted].00 was owed on a loan I did not request or receive. I contacted Greg with the US SBA on September 22, [redacted], explaining I did not have a loan with Saucier Poultry. He advised me to call the fraud department, which I did. The fraud department suggested I dispute it with Experian. When I tried to file a fraud alert online with Experian, I encountered technical difficulties. Calling Experian proved unhelpful as the automated system didn't provide the necessary options to address my situation. My cell phone number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted] Please contact me with any further inquiries. Thank you for your assistance. - Oscar Warren Saucier

In May, I applied for winnings of $[redacted],[redacted]. After speaking with Toni Marks on Facebook, who asked for $2,[redacted] to process my winnings, I complied but never received the money. Later, he claimed my winnings were now $[redacted],[redacted], although I hadn't applied for that amount. Then, Mary Barbara from SBA instructed me to send $[redacted] for FedEx delivery of the money. Despite doing so, the funds never arrived. She later deposited $[redacted],[redacted] into internet banking without my consent, stating a fee of $30,[redacted] for retrieval. Mary indicated she covered $25,[redacted] of the cost. However, she refused to provide her phone number, and solely communicated via Facebook. I submitted $3,[redacted] as requested but failed to receive the money on the promised dates. Mary then proposed air transport via an SBA-owned jet for $4,[redacted] more, necessitating an additional $[redacted]. She claims to have the $[redacted],[redacted] at her residence but won't disclose the address, only stating she works at Small Business Administration in California. My details are Billy J Myers, [redacted] Monroe St., Parkersburg, Illinois, [redacted], email [redacted], phone [redacted]. To date, I've sent $7,[redacted] with no money received.

I received approval for a PPP loan from the SBA with WOMPLY. My first draw loan was handled by Benworth Capital, and the second draw loan by Harvest. It took two months to resolve a glitch for the first draw loan. Despite sending numerous messages to WOMPLY, the responses were unhelpful. I was funded on July 12 after finding a solution myself. Throughout this time, I received emails to sign the promissory note for the second draw, which I couldn't do without the first draw funding. After finally receiving the first draw, WOMPLY cancelled my application as I hadn't signed the promissory note. I now seek reinstatement of the second draw loan with Harvest, as I've signed the promissory note after obtaining my first draw funding. Though the program has ended, my approval and available funding predate its closure. Thank you.

Since 3/1/21, I have tried to update my bank information for the targeted advance application. Despite numerous emails and submitted documents, my request was not processed, and the advance was sent to the old account. It took six weeks to receive the funds after updating the information, even after contacting various departments and speaking with my LO. Now, after almost 5 months, there has been no progress. While others with similar issues have been funded within weeks, I have been waiting since March without any resolution. I have confirmed that all required documents are in place but still haven't received any updates. I feel like my case is being ignored, leading me to believe I am being unfairly treated. I urge someone to look into this matter promptly and disburse the funds as intended. Thank you for your attention. [redacted]

I encountered an issue with my loan funds being sent to the incorrect bank due to an error from the SBA. Originally funded in November [redacted], my bank at the time, Woodforest Bank, returned the funds to the SBA citing "unusual account activity." I promptly closed all accounts with Woodforest as they sent the funds back erroneously. For the last 10 months, I have been striving to have my funds returned. Finally, three weeks ago, the funds were sent to my now closed account at Woodforest, leading to a funding error in the SBA system. Despite contact with a Texas SBA representative who has been kind and tried to reach out to the funding department, there has been no response for three weeks. Numerous emails from me referencing the correct account information have been sent, and the account was verified months ago to prevent such issues. I am currently at a standstill, unable to contact anyone capable of rectifying the situation by inputting the correct funding and account details to process my funds. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. - Drew

I need assistance regarding a matter with the SBA. I have been unable to reach their customer service. A client I represent is looking to sell their business, but they currently have an EIDL loan that requires SBA approval for the sale. I am unsure of the proper contact for approval. Must the loan be settled before the sale, or is it possible for my client to continue making payments while selling the business? Your guidance is valuable.

I recently applied for an increase on my EIDL loan and was approved on March 19, [redacted]. After being approved, I discovered that the SBA had the wrong checking account information. Despite submitting my driver's license and a voided check on March 20th, the SBA proceeded to fund the wrong account. I have contacted the SBA, and they mentioned that it could take 3 to 6 weeks to correct the checking account information. Despite reaching out to my loan officer, contacting the White House, Senator Raphael Warnock, and the head of the SBA, I have yet to see any progress in resolving this issue. It's frustrating that the process has been delayed, and I hope for a resolution soon.

I am grateful to have found this platform to address my concerns before escalating them. As a Real Estate Broker and Small Business owner, I suffered a significant loss of commission due to a tropical storm in August 4, [redacted]. This, combined with other financial difficulties during the pandemic, caused my credit score of over [redacted] to drop in late [redacted]. Despite my challenges, I was not eligible for a loan, but I was advised to apply for an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL). I was grateful to be approved for a $15,[redacted] EIDL grant. However, there were complications with the fund transfer that led to my bank account being closed without warning, after which the funds were returned. I have now opened a new account, but I am concerned that the funds might be jeopardized again. I recently received a notification stating that the funds are assigned to a specific name, and I am unsure why there are delays in receiving the approved funds. Thank you for your assistance.

I am encountering a disturbing issue with my EIDL application. The SBA took over 2 years to process my application due to delays, mainly caused by the IRS backlog. I provided all required documents like [redacted] bank statements, verified income on the [redacted] form, and credit card processing statements. I even refiled my [redacted] through an e-file tax professional for an extra $[redacted], on top of the $[redacted] tax preparation cost. Despite my efforts, my application was repeatedly declined, citing reasons that upset me. The inability to confirm my pre-pandemic revenue led to our eviction, though it was later adjusted due to a local moratorium. After shutting down my business in November [redacted], disposing of half our equipment, the SBA suddenly located my 2[redacted] transcripts in February [redacted]. Just when I considered reopening, the SBA emailed in May [redacted] stating that my business was not operational pre-disaster, halting any further processing.
