I applied for pandemic unemployment in early June. I received my first card quickly but lost it before approval. A replacement was sent to my old address where the landlord took it. Reporting it stolen, I asked for a new card to be sent to my current address. They requested ID and proof of address, which I couldn't provide due to being homeless. I asked for the card to be sent to my brother's address, but my account was deactivated for not providing the necessary information. I've been waiting since June for the card with $[redacted] on it. What other options do I have?

I receive PUA benefits on a ReliaCard. I updated my address using the app after moving, and it flagged my account as fraudulent, leading to deactivation. Updating personal details via the app shouldn't trigger this issue. It's frustrating as my case shouldn't be categorized as fraud. I urgently need access to my locked funds to support my children with their everyday needs, and waiting up to 15 days is not feasible. The number on the card connects to US Bank's call center in Florida, where they informed me the US Bank Corp fraud office is involved. Trying to contact them has been challenging as the numbers found are inactive or lead to dead ends. Immediate access to my money is essential, but the current situation lacks urgency from their end.

My Pennsylvania pandemic unemployment account is currently locked. I have been diligently trying to resolve this issue by contacting customer service multiple times a day over the past week. Unfortunately, I have been unable to make any progress online using the link provided, as it does not allow me to access my account after entering my information. I do not have access to a fax machine. I kindly request for my card account to be unlocked promptly. If this matter is not resolved by the end of today, November 9, [redacted], I will have no choice but to escalate my concerns by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I am trying to reach customer service for my old reliacard related to child support, but I only have the support account number and not the card number. I misplaced the card and child support suggested merging it with my current card that has unemployment benefits. I've tried reaching out to US Bank reliacard multiple times, but they can't hear me. Even when I used a different phone, the issue persisted. Upon testing my phone with a friend, it seemed to be working fine. However, due to their system problems, I am unable to communicate with anyone. I was informed four times that my dispute was resolved. However, it has been over two weeks since then, and I have not received the money that was stolen from my daughter back in September. Dealing with US bank representatives who have hung up on me and the delays in handling this matter have been incredibly frustrating. Waiting for my own employment money for two months has been tough. Recently, I encountered an issue at a U S Bank branch in Auburn, California. I typically deposit checks and cash into my account without any hassles. However, when I tried to deposit $[redacted] in cash as a partial rent payment, they requested my ID which I preferred not to be scanned due to the sensitive information it contains. Despite having deposited cash in amounts below $1,[redacted] before, they insisted on ID verification for any deposit over $[redacted]. This seemed unnecessary to me, especially considering that I was simply depositing legal currency into my own account. After a bit of back and forth, I decided to retrieve my cash and head to another bank where I could make the deposit without any issues. I recently opened a checking account to deposit my injury settlement, keeping it in good standing. Suddenly, US Bank has decided to close my account due to my previous account history.
